We spent 2 nights in this lovely lodge which is appropriately named for the numerous elephants in the vicinity. Our tent (really more like a cabin with canvas sides) had a covered porch overlooking the water hole. We saw impala, baboons, elephants, and even jackals...More

We really enjoyed our 2 nights at EVL. It topped off a nearly 3 week trip and was the "icing on the cake". The tents are comfortable (although open plan bathroom not really my thing), food is good and the staff welcoming and efficient, but...More

Absolutely loved Elephant Valley. Went there for two nights after a very busy 18 day Safari through Southern Africa. Was really restful, quiet and loved that the animals came to us....to the waterhole in front of the Lodge; by day and night, under floodlights. Staff...More

An absolutely wonderful lodge. As you arrive at the main building....bam, elephants! Relax on the many viewing decks and watch the elephants drink from the watering holes, roll in the mud (right beside the pool) and then come and drink and rinse the mud out...More

About
Description
We are situated in the Lesoma Valley (corridor between Chobe National Park and Wangi National Park). All year round waterhole in front of lodge that has daily visitations of all game including BIG 4. We are far More enough away from villages and towns to enjoy the natural sounds of the bush (lions roaring, hyenas calling and elephants trumpeting). We have 24 hour electrical power, with fans and electric blankets (winter only) plus the whole property is secured by a perimeter electrical fence to keep out dangerous animals. We are 30 minutes from an International Airport (Kasane)and 30 minutes from a Medical Center. Less

Good day. The past month of November has been great. It is a hot month still but as it is the start of the rainy season, it has cooled down a bit. I personally love November as everything comes to life after the dry season.
