It's a big lodge, so it's not so lovely than the small ones (in my opinion). Although the staff is very kind, they can't afford a personal treatment. Meals with buffet, quite good. We spend only two nights. Soups not so tasty. Lovely garden with baboons, pumbas and others. Love sights to the river. Great sounds at night. I din't...

Chobe safari lodge has a great position overlooking the river & our rooms were large & nicely furnished. The food was actually much better than we expected although it could get very busy in the restaurant. The sunset boat cruise was excellent & our guide, Isaac, was brilliant. The game drives were OK & even though we did see a...

We stayed at the Chobe safari lodge for 3 nights. The rooms were great with air-con, although as we were staying in July the nights were cool enough not to need it. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a good variety of cereals, cooked items and fruit. We also ate here every night from the evening buffet, again there was...

This is very pleasant and friendly hotel with warthogs, bushbucks and baboons wandering around the grounds. Our room was large, clean and very comfortable. The hotel is right on the river front and we did a large river boat cruise at sunset which was very enjoyable, but we also did a small private trip, just the two of us with...

We spent 2 nights at Chobe Safari Lodge and found it to be a fantastic facility, reasonably priced. The accommodation is spacious and ours was beautifully situated on the banks of the Chobe River. The service was friendly and efficient. As their dinners are buffet style, we preferred to use restaurants in town, only a short distance away. The game...

Chobe Safari Lodge is an impressive place. The rooms are nice, the food is good and the staff helpful. What strikes you about the place is the very large lobby-dining area with plenty of comfortable sofas, a bar at one end, a pool nearby with a large terrace overlooking the Chobe river - and wifi. If you want to take...

We camped here for 2 nights. The campsite is secure with guards patrolling all the time. Most sites have shade. Sites have electricity. The down side is that the sites are very small. It is difficult to camp with a rooftop tent or trailer. Most sites can only accommodate 1 car. Ablusions are well appointed with ample hot water.

My friend and I stayed in one of the safari rooms at Chobe Safari Lodge in Kasane, Botswana, from 31 July to 2 Aug 2015. It is an absolutely delightful place, situated on the Chobe River. We booked a dinner cruise on the first night, which was absolutely delightful and worth every Pula spent. We went on an early morning...

Chobe Safari Lodge still remains the best place in the north of Botswana to stay. Excellent accommodation, best views of the Chobe river and great food. Lovely to see the Warthogs dancing on the lawn in the mornings. The only two issues the lodge can improve on - better wifi connection and sorting out the monkeys during breakfast. We had...

This was our least favourite place of our 3 week Namibia/Botswana selfdrive tour. Its large, busy and impersonal with a lot of large groups. The room was basic but generous in size. The buffet was plentiful and had some local game. Although we had fantastic sightings on both the game drive and the boat cruise the organisation of the game...
