Location is good and prices was reasonable, but not sure will be back never to this hotel. First night we had some cockroaches running in our room, and when we check out, they charge us almost 25 USD for 2lt bottle of water-this is a robbery.

I stayed one night here (having spent the previous at nearby Senses Centro). This is more expensive, more compact however slightly closer to Plaza. It just scrapes-in as 'Boutique' on account of the hip-design. I share the view expressed by others, to be truly Boutique they would care more for cleanliness of their ground-floor furniture. Staff were helpful and friendly...

The hotel definitely is not 5 star, the bed is comfortable, poor service to the guests, there was no hot water in the hotel. This hotel is in the center of the city, the location is only convenient if you are going sightseeing. I would definitely not stay at this hotel or any hotel in this chain.

Very nice boutique hotel right across the street from the main plaza in Santa Cruz. I stayed there on my own before heading out to an eco resort. The staff was helpful, the rooms were clean and modern, the breakfast buffet was good. The rooftop restaurant/bar was a great place to hang out and people watch. I would stay here...

The personnel was very friendly, we were upgraded to a large suite. Considering that it was raining most of the time it was great to have a large space. The bathroom is huge with a Jacuzzi style bath tub. The view to the plaza and cathedral was a nice addition.

Even considering this hotel is situated in one of the best locations in Santa Cruz, there are some important issues regarding it. Cleanliness is a problem from front desk to common areas up to bathrooms. Grimy chairs in the restaurants can tell you right away the hotel's poor standards regarding hygiene. Big rooms, however, but noisy. Staff is numb in...

We loved this hotel to start with. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom a good size. The pool is large and clean. We booked for 1 night and ended up staying for 3. It is very centrally located with only. Short walk to the main plaza. For some reason, towels were very hard to come by. Our friends went...

This is the best stay I've had in Bolivia. I have been in the country for over a month and this is by far the nicest place. The service was incredible, the staff were friendly, polite and so helpful. We stayed in a matrimonial suite that was absolutely huge, big comfortable bed and great bathroom with hot water. The cleaning...

Rooms are very comfortable and clean at Senses. Rates are kind of expensive for Bolivia, but it's in a great location. It's right next to the Plaza Principal and walkable to anything in the downtown area. It's very lively at night around the hotel, and the hotel bar is also pretty busy. I say it's odd because the decor is...

We stayed there twice. Our first and last nights in Bolivia. The location is great, right on the plaza. The 1st night was fine but when we checked out we had to pay in cash because they couldn't make their credit card machine work. The last night the A/C stopped working in the middle of the night. The room got...
