Just set back from the water front close to where our bus dropped us at the white anchor. Perfect location to walk around the corner to the 'tourist street' if you wish, though we stuck to eating at Trattoria Sapori, Eagle & Condor and Pan America bakery (all brilliant). We arrived off the bus and asked for availability, one of...

We rented a large room, ensuite. Clean. Hot shower. No heating in room (in winter very cold). Bolivian themed room with view of Lake Titicaca. Breakfast bread, jam, tea, coffee, juice. Laundry service.

we stayed in the ground floor room which was large, had a big comfy bed, a huge bathroom with excellent hot water in the shower, we also had a fireplace in our room which unfortunately we did not make use of, there was a sitting area and we had a garden to sit out in the sunshine in our own...

It was cold, expensive (comparing to other alternatives close by) and the staff was really rude! No toilet paper or towels (even though it is a hotel more than a hostel). Beds are comfy thought. Breakfast is horrible - you are served one cup of coffee, two white breads with jam and butter. Nothing else! Not worth the money!

We enjoyed our stay here and ended up booking a 3rd night. The owner was friendly and helpful. We stayed in a matrimonial room downstairs and With a reed boat, 2 large chairs and a chilling out area our room was still spacious and airy. The bed was big and comfortable with lots of warm blankets for the chilly nights....

We had a great stay at hostel leyenda! After hearing that the top room was a must when staying at this hostel, we made sure to book it. Room 1 is incredible value, it includes a double bed, an authentic reed boat, a private bathroom, table and chairs and a private terrace overlooking the lake! The breakfast included coffee/tea, juice,...

rooms: simple, not too big w sweet local decor, no TV but for us that was actually a plus :), bathroom: shower a bit difficult to work - you're meant to get hot water if you twist the tap just to a certain point but at least you do get hot water; no shower curtain or door though so you...

Poor internet connection, no hot water, dark rooms, no breakfast included and check out is at 9am! I would not recommend this place at all. It is in a good location, but even so, there is no communal sitting area or spaces. I have no idea why this place was recommended so highly...

This place is right by the waterfront. We turned up last minute and got a massive room on the top floor. It had a lovely private balcony for relaxing during the day. It was pretty cold at night however, and the shower was really not great. Also the wifi didnt work in the rooms, and was poor even in reception...

Aesthetically, beautiful to look at (inside and out), but price (200Bolivian, per night) was too much. The 2nd floor double room was spacious but the bed was uncomfy. We found a similar size room for half the price around the corner and up the hill. Breakfast was very simple for what you paid for. Nice view however, but barking dogs...
