Really nice staff! (Spanish speaking) and they gave us a choice of 2 rooms which was great, we chose a room with a nice view. Wifi is really poor and bathroom was pretty mediocre. They was also construction that started early in the morning and was quite loud. They brought breakfast to the room our last day because of renovations,...

The room was nice for a budget hostal, even came with a TV which isn't common. The WiFi worked good and the showers were hot, although our room didn't have a shower curtain so the bathroom floor would get pretty wet. The breakfast was also good and actually varied the 2 days we were there.

Clean. Staff is very friendly but sometimes confused. Several times they had no idea where they put my room keys. No breakfast for a 30 BOB double. Water is scalding hot. Wifi is sub par. It works but not well enough to run YouTube or Skype. It's kind of off the main track but didn't feel dangerous walking home at...

We stayed here mainly for the price ($23 per night for a double ensuite). The room was basic but fairly clean. The bathroom had hot water but was quite mouldy. The best thing was the breakfast - eggs, bread, butter, jam and tea (included in the price). Annoyingly the owner tried to charge us more (200 BOB rather than 160)...

This small hostal is great to sleep one or two nights. The host (es) is really friendly and the breakfast is simple but delicious. Eventhough it's a little up the hill and 5 minutes away from the beach (not really a complaint ) it's still worth it. If you're going to Copacabana we definitely recommend this place!

Basic hostel, we had a private room with bathroom. The bed was comfortable and warm but the room and bathroom were very cold. Shower was tempramental scalding then freezing. The wifi was poor but the staff were friendly. Located a fair walk away from the main strip (up hill!) and slightly more pricey than other hostels in the area.

Stayed there for 2 nights. We got a privat bedroom with a privat bathroom next to the room for 55 Bolivianos per person per night (maybe a little expensive). The beds where very soft but manage to get a good night sleep. The shower had warm water but the wifi is not the best. For breakfast we got a fresh...

Nice private rooms. More expensive than other hostels on the Main Street, can get half the price for a private room in other hostels. We booed it by accident thinking it was Hostel Sofia. Shower isn't great, not that warm. Wifi isn't good in the rooms, can browse but not stream anything. Not sure if this is just Bolivian wifi...

In Copacabana, there are so many hostels that there is no need to book and advance. Furthermore, there are no dorms - only affordable private rooms. Hostel Sonia is well located (close to the port, bus stop) and sells bus tickets / tickets to Isla del Sol. The bedrooms were clean and comfy. Don't book online as the prices are...

This place is a bit further from the town center, but that still means like a 5 minute walk to the plaza and 10 minutes to the beach since everything is so close here. For 40 bs I shared a room with another traveller for one night and it was very much ok. Wi-fi is ok too, as well as...
