The room is clean, but small. The heat only work till 10 p.m, but the room doesnt get cold. The hotel is a little loud (you can hear everything that's going on everywhere, but they try to keep it quiet. Breakfast is good. Staff is good.

We had a reservation across the street and arrived in town one day early. They were not able to accommodate us so they arranged for us to stay here. We are very pleased. The entire staff is very pleasant, very quick to extend their hand and take your luggage upstairs so you will not be huffing and puffing. Check-in took...

Great choice for Copacabana. The hotel is well presented with very comfortable rooms. The bed was very comfortable with duvet and blankets, and firm pillows. They supply a heater from 18:00-22:00 which is great for the chilly evenings. Staff were helpful and at reception when needed. You get free coca tea and water. Breakfast is good with fruit, yoghurt, bread,...

Hard to find at night, miles from other accommodation and amenities. Room not clean - carpet and awful throws on bed dirty. Bed. Sunken into a pit in the middle, needed replacing 5 years ago. Linens: a horrible mismatch array of designs. Pillow - I've felt softer bricks. Room is cold. Heater provided directly wired to wall and controlled by...

Rooms and facilities are fine; breakfast is limited but enough; staff are helpful and kind. The downside are the cold rooms. If you visit Copacabana in winter, like I did, the rooms will be annoyingly cold by night because they just turn on the heating system from 6 to 10 pm.

Perfect for what we needed in Copacabana, nice clean rooms that were warm at night even without the heater. Great free breakfast including eggs and pancakes. Just a short walk up hill from the Main Street with all the restaurants and bars. We had a fantastic view of the lake from our room!

Yes, the strong positive point of this place is the breakfast! Considering all the places visited in Bolivia, it was the first time we could count on fried eggs, pancakes, fresh bread, jam, butter, tea or coffee, fruit juice, cornflakes, fruits! Rooms are simple but ok. They also offer heating in the rooms from 6 to 10 pm. Good value...

Stayed here during our transit from Puno to La Paz. The rooms were spacious and clean with Heater and hairdryer which you don't see often in South America with this type of accommodation. The breakfast was huge with eggs, yoghurts, pancakes and fruits. The reception had water and coca tea and bananas all day. Couldn't be happier with our choice.

We are travelling around South America as a late twenties/early thirties couple and we stayed in Hotel Utama in a private room for two nights. The location is as good as you'll get in Copacabana. 5 minutes walk from the main square and the port where boats leave for Isla del Sol. The rooms were spacious and beds very warm...

Cleanliness = 5/5 - The bedroom and bathroom were all very clean. Hospitality = 5/5 - We were picked up from our bus which was a nice surprise. Room came with towels and a bottle of water. Downstairs they have bananas, water, coca tea free all day. Breakfast is free and very big with a pancake, cereal, bread, yogurt, coffee/tea,...
