We were very satisfied with our stay here, the room was great and clean, the gym was a nice surprise being open 24h, the breakfast was perfect with super buffet choice. You can have also a dinner in this restaurant, but the menu could be wider. Parking available also behind a ramp. Staff very polite. We would stay again.

Im happy with my staying in hotel. Room was clean and big enough and they were cleaning it daily. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast had good choice of foods. Stuff members were helpful. I would stay at this hotel again.

I stayed one Night. Breakfast had additional features/protein like dead flies and hear. Scrambled egg with egg shells! Staff don’t care about anything! Located in Soviet suburbs and staff informed it was down town! Half of the dishes were not available- simple dish like spaghetti Bolognese was sold out for 3 days! Demanded a contract for cooperation and prepayment ... even though We informed about credit card etc. I am a Hilton Honor member and was tresses like a criminal! Has nothing to do with Hilto standard .. more like a soviet Intourist hotel.. manager was impolite and very arrogant - 100 % satisfaction guarenteed as advertisment... but didn Care.... pay more and stay in Heremitage.. worst stay ever and Will report to Hilton senior management..

It’s not cheap not worth the money lack of everything from communication to room service I don’t know how this hotel is called Hilton I have stayed at many Hilton hotels this was the worse of all I regret paying that money Same towel used for 2 days No mini bar drank tap water Rooms are very small better off renting apartment it’s much bigger cleaner and cost less
