Gorgeous rooms all with private jacuzzi, and free Netflix on smart TV. Nice view of quaint and walkable town of Augusta. Innkeepers very friendly. Breakfast was good. Recommended for romantic weekend and wine lovers!

The rooms are very nice, although we found it humorous that there didn't seem to be a square corner in the place. The staircase to the 2nd floor is narrow and steep, making it feel a bit unsafe. The bed was very comfortable, and breakfast...More

I noticed on their website is says Breakfast is held by the Ashleys Rose Bistro Between 8-10Am. So I am guessing this place isn't a true B&B? I assume breakfast isn't included in the room price? That's not actualy a huge deal for me but I just wanted clarification. And if it is held at Ashley's rose, how far away is the place? Thank you
