We had to stay at the Sheraton because of the power outage in Ann Arbor. It was hard to find a room. The Sheraton was quite highly recommended, but I can't figure out why. Everything about it was fine but compared to other hotels in Ann Arbor everything seemed dated. The rooms were small and not that clean (I looked...

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review regarding your recent experience, we truly appreciate your feedback. We're also happy to learn we were highly recommended. The sudden power outage took all of us by surprise as we were staffed for 40% occupancy and ended up selling out due to displaced residents. We did our very best...

A good hotel we have used multiple times. Good rooms, clean facilities, excellent service. Use of the Club Room is a big advantage, providing breakfast in the mornings and snacks throughout the day. Good location with easy access to State St. and to highways. We cannot say enough about the service we received from the hotel staff. On one trip,...

This is a great place to stay. .the service is amazing! From check in (young african-american gentleman during evening shift) to Katie/jeremy (bartenders) to club lounge staff (Kaya and Jasmin) everyone is rockstar. Highly recommend! Pros: amazing service, plenty of parking and great food (the bar and restaurant food is amazing and this is coming from foodie); club lounge and...

We stayed here while visiting campus. The decor of the room, hallway and elevator seemed a bit dated, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if our son ends up at Michigan. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would highly recommend the Club Level -...

Easy to find hotel, not close to anywhere so need a car to get around. Nice large lobby with fireplace and biz area in the middle. Check in was easy. Has compact gym that meets needs open 24 hours. Room was large and quiet. I was able to get it on first floor near the gym as requested. It was...

It's an ok-Sheraton, not particularly new, but with fresh rooms. The conference facility is particularly nice -and the catering deserves a special mention. You may criticize the bar/restaurant, not truly displaying an attractive menù. Also, the pool is particularly small -a hot tub sort of. It's overall fine.

The bedroom had feather pillows even though I had requested a feather free room through SPG. This gave me allergies and ruined my day. After that, they promised to change the bedsheets and pillows when I left the room. When I came back, the bedsheets and pillow were thrown on the desk and the bed was not made. I don't...

Stayed here recently on business and although the room was great- clean, quiet, roomy with a very comfy bed, the front desk staff had no training. They were friendly enough but had no clue what they were doing. Breakfast was fine but my shoes were sticking to the floor because it was so sticky. Saw a guest scooping to taste...

Just a short stay but I found hotel staff to be helpful and friendly and room clean and comfortable. Nice room service menu although the garden salad was missing many of the ingredients like eggs and red onion.
