I've stayed at Kensington for work purposes a few times now. They are friendly and the room is nice. I will continue to stay here whenever I come to Ann Arbor. It's also close to lots of shopping options. I have walked to local restaurants for dinner every time I come(there is a restaurant in the hotel but I like... More

Liked the lobby area. Very inviting. Convenient use of computers. Room didn't have full compliment of toiletries on the counter. Lint brush left inside closet with dust, lint, etc. on it. Drab restaurant. First day the housekeeper did not clean our room.

There are not many places to stay on campus, thus this is one of the better ones off campus. Shuttle to football game stops at front door which is very convenient. Did not eat there, too many other choices

I came to drop my son off at UMich. The hotel personnel could not have been any nicer and more accommodating. They go out of their way to do what ever it is to make your stay more pleasant. The new renovations are beautiful and the hotel is clean, elegant, bright, cozy and welcoming. Unfortunately i got sick and had... More

With the recent facelift, the hotel is much nicer than it used to be. It's close to campus and accessible to the highway. It's near lots of restaurants and close to the Big House (football stadium.). The rooms have been updated and are very pleasant.

Very nice hotel, but even though it was in the 40's at night they didn't turn the heat on in the building? When we asked about the heat theybit was hard to regulate it throughout the hotel so they wait until it gets colder out and then turn it on

They triple the price of the rooms on game day. Overall was nice but limited restaurant menu, non working A/C and the bar closing at 12:00 made you want to venture outside the venue. Staff was really nice and polite.

A decent enough place to stay but has a hard time keeping up with its much younger, much more accommodating younger competition in the same area. The big plus is a fun cozy bar where good food is hit-or-miss; had a superb filet one night and a disaster of a pasta dish the next. First room I was put in... More
