Love the place. Rooms are great. Breakfast included, delicious. Comfortable..... Just love it Everyone is very friendly. Great place because it is right in the middle of town, everything close by, lots of good restaurants, museums, just a fantastic place.

Great location situated on the plaza. Hotel nice, staff friendly but the room was a little dark as there seemed to be a lack of windows. Great shower and breakfast was basic but nice. Covered courtyard great to sit and relax in. Would definately consider staying here again.

Stayed here only for one night. Staff were very friendly and were on hand if any help was needed. Breakfast was basic but nice and the room was comfortable and clean. Interesting decor but added to the atmosphere of the hotel lovely inner courtyards to sit and relax.

Been to a room by the courtyard, very relaxing and great bed too. Good showers. Definitely great location, slow internet but everything else is fine. A bit expensive for what you get but still ok as there aren't other choices in downtown.

Stayed here for one night after a week traveling in the country side. Was looking forward to a hot shower, clean room and good internet. Found none of these - shower was warm but not hot, bathroom was old with cracks, and internet went out every 10 minutes. Staff was not particularly friendly for a four star. Positives - great...

Warning - I had my money stolen while I staying at this hotel. I went out for lunch and came back 2 hours later to find my room cleaned and my money in my backpack replaced with fake paper notes. Obviously my fault for leaving money in the room but I never expected this would happen at a 4 star...

We stayed here for 5 nights in October. We were on the ground floor in a room on the inner courtyard. The room was lovely, spacious, nicely decorated and had a very powerful shower with lots of hot water. The location is perfect, right on the main square. The management and staff are the most friendly we have found and...

Stayed here some time ago and even stayed longer than expected as Sucre was fogged in and the airport was closed. Great location on a main square and a more than adequate breakfast and he had a very large well furnished colonial room For Sucre this was an unexpected pleasure

Converted colonial building with rooms facing internal, enclosed courtyards, so no fresh air and lots of noise from staff and guests. I never will understand why so many hotels in South America ruin things by putting glass over internal courtyards... First room smelt horrible so I asked to change, second was better but still stuffy and musty smelling. The room...

The old style interiour is what makes this old place special. However, do not expect international standard. Everyhing was ok and the staff is very helpful. However, the hot water system is as old as the place and you either have an abundance of hot water or a cold shower at 8 am - you never know. The breakfast room...
