Lady at spa was very rude at massage. She would not stop talking instead of starting the massage, and after me telling her of my sensitive spots, that she asked to know, she rubbed very hard on them giving me intense pain. Weird lady. Complained and no one cared or did anything. In this place, they only want your money and the pretense of being something it is not. Avoid at all cost. Lockers at bathroom have locks almost broken, very bad condition. If you ask front desk for a different locker than they gave you (example not bottom), they have a rude attitude. All those fake smiles fade when you need to talk to a human being and not the robots there. I expect one of those standard fake hotel responses here also, like we appreciate your comments and bla bla, but won't do anything about it. Dressing room with cups people leave and towels on floor and chairs. Looks dirty. Bathroom lock didn't work and other guests taking over sinks or chairs with all their stuff, with no respect for others.…

We just left after four nights in this hotel and are so glad we stayed there- it was great and the staff all very attentive, polite and helpful. We were told by all the taxis we took it’s the best hotel in town and it is. It’s in a great location in the heart of Vina, we were given two interconnecting rooms as a family of four. The rooms were very clean and large and our beds very comfortable. Pool is on top floor with great views out over the sea. Hearty buffet breakfast was good - only downside was that they were renovating the restaurant so we had to eat breakfast in a windowless conference room and couldn’t have dinner there. Due to reopen again this weekend I believe. A happy family stay.

Overpriced and a complete waste of money. Breakfast limited. Nothing gets resolved by complaint. It is also very noisy. Avoid at all cost. Plenty other hotels that offer a better service at half the cost.

Large, spacious hotel with a stunning view of Viña and the sea, spa and casino too if that’s your thing. Large, clean rooms. Not the most friendly staff but to be expected I guess in a large hotel. Breakfast was good choice of hot and cold food
