My son and I were, among other places, in the Arabian Park Dubai from December 24th, 2024 to January 1st, 2025. There are certainly some issues that need improvement, even if it is a 3 star hotel, especially in relation to the pool and the sun, which does not really penetrate due to the structural structure. However, this is a problem that the hotel cannot resolve as it involves building permits. This is why it would be more than unfair to deduct a star because everything else was more than satisfactory.
The cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic. All request were done immediately. Everyday we got fresh bath towels, the minibar was always filled up and our room was done in time. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is close to the Dubai Mall and many stations can be reached within 15 minutes despite the traffic situation.
But what urgently needs to be said at this point is that especially the entire staff upgrade the hotel to 5 stars. Particularly worth mentioning is Mr. Saif, the hotel manager. He is an incredibly smart leader who creates a very nice, harmonious and pleasant atmosphere with friendliness, helpfulness and collegiality. He was always smiling and had an eye on us and all the other guests.
His team, especially Mr. Aneesh, Mr. Karim and Mr. Vivek were not only accommodating but made us feel welcome every day. Since I was walking on crutches, everyone immediately came up to help, reserved an easily accessible seat for us and constantly asked about our well-being and any special requests. The conversations we had were very pleasant and funny.
The entire team matched flawless. Perfect doesn't even come close to describing it!
The meals tasted amazing good and almost every morning Mr. Aneesh came up to our table and asked for any special wishes. An incredible service, also of Mr. Karim and Mr Vivek. We felt very good and we had we had a lack of nothing.
Also worth mentioning are the Messrs. Vongh and Edward. They were always there and acted very promptly when it was required. They were never tired of being helpful or taking care. They always accompanied us to the vehicle we needed or to Ms. Melani, the most charming lady at the main vehicle entrance.
She was always smiling and helping me with my crutches. She waited till we got into our car and left us with best wishes.
She made the stay pleasant until the taxi arrived, but also beamed with her wit and charm all over her face. We left the hotel with a smile and came back with good mood.
All in all a small but very nice hotel with a view of the Burj Khalifa. No effort was too big and no request was refused. We stayed there not so long as we usually do in Dubai but we are already missing the team. We appreciated our short stay.

Stayed at Arabian park hotel with my partner & daughter to celebrate my partner’s 60th birthday which I emailed the hotel about before our arrival. Abanoub sent details of birthday decorations for our room & a selection of different cakes with prices to choose from. I sent my order through & all was in hand. Mehera, Thapa & Naseer arranged the decor & cake to be put in the room & what a pleasant surprise it was for my partner the room looked great & the cake was lovely, very professionally put together. All the staff here are very friendly & courteous & go out of their way to meet your needs. A big thank you to Naseer, Shristi, Mehera, Mavis, Thapa, Shwe, Bijay & the housekeeping manager for making our stay comfortable & enjoyable. Not forgetting Farah for organising fun packed excursions which we thoroughly enjoyed especially the desert safari. Farah made sure she explained what would be happening on all the tours with prices which included pick up & drop off from the hotel. I have travelled & stayed in many hotel but Arabian Park hotel is by far the best when it comes to customer service. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone . The location was ideal and we used taxis which was not very expensive to go to the tourist spots. They have excellent service because when we faced some minor issues it was resolved right away. The buffet breakfast was good, but would have preferred alternative milk options . All the staff were brilliant and friendly, I want to give a shout-out to Chandra Bahadur , who cleaned our rooms he was very friendly, helpful and our rooms were spotless .

Just returned from Dubai, staying at the Arabian Park. The staff were welcoming and very friendly.
Ahead of our visit, I emailed asking whether an iron was available and whether they can provide some snacks as we were arriving around 2am. I had an email within 24hrs, so that was impressive.
We had 2 interconnecting rooms which were ideal for 4 of us. The rooms were clean. From my personal view l felt the room was small, as we didn’t have a lot of space to put our belongings and toiletries. We managed to hang some items, maybe we took too many things, This isn’t a negative just making you aware.
We had the all inclusive package, and the food was nice. Our kids didn’t like the food as much, and preferred more western food. A big shout out to Anish head chef who was an absolute star, he listened to our dietary request and ensured each time we came to eat the kids had the food which they requested.
We didn’t get to say thank you and bye to Anish or Bijay ( evening waiter) as I believe they were off on the last few days of our visit.
Swimming pool, was decent enough, got busy during the day, we tend to use it later in the evening, as too hot during the day.
The hotel itself is in good location. The taxi (yellow) reasonably cheap.

It was our first time at this hotel and if I have one word to express my feeling about our week stay, I can't use anything else but - great.
At first glance, the hotel impresses with its constantly maintained perfect cleanliness and perhaps more importantly for the guest's pleasant feeling - the friendly and smiling staff. Everyone we encountered throughout the week gave us a smile, a wish for a good day, and also made it clear that they cared about making us feel comfortable. If I ran a hotel, these are the kind of people I would want on my team.
Every time we came back to the hotel from the city, our room was clean, the coffee or tea set was replenished and we could have an early evening siesta on the balcony...
We had half board, all I can say about the food is that neither at breakfast nor at dinner was there the slightest problem to choose according to taste from the menu, which was sufficiently replenished as long as the dining room was open. Here, too, cleanliness and order were very carefully maintained.
If I were to answer the question of whether I would want to return to this particular

If I ran a hotel, these are the kind of people I would want on my team.
Every time we came back to the hotel from the city, our room was clean, the coffee or tea set was replenished and we could have an early evening siesta on the balcony...
We had half board, all I can say about the food is that neither at breakfast nor at dinner was there the slightest problem to choose according to taste from the menu, which was sufficiently replenished as long as the dining room was open. Here, too, cleanliness and order were very carefully maintained.
If I were to answer the question of whether I would want to return to this particular
hotel, the answer would be unequivocal: Yes, and I can recommend the stay to everyone with a clear conscience. Although the hotel modestly states a three star category, I would definitely add at least one.
After all, there is nothing to do but thank the entire staff for a lovely week in our lives.

From the first day walking in to the reception, the staff members greeted us with smiles and always remained professional and caring towards our every need, I can't fault the cleanliness of our room as it was cleaned every day to the highest quality, the breakfast was amazing and shout out to the Chef who made my baby son a little Chef hat (he will keep that hat forever lol). I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a comfortable stay whether it be business or leisure, the service you receive feels 5 star.
I will definitely be staying at this hotel again if I come back to Dubai.

We travelled from Uk and stayed here for a week. Excellent team, very friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. From reception to cleaning team everyone is great.
On the last day of our stay my wife became unwell and she was taken to the hospital leading to a delay in our travel plans. The team was so supportive I did not worry about my accommodation and concentrated on her recovery at hospital. Reyad and Omer immediately helped to extend the room with the best possible low rates even without me asking for discount. The team in the bar was so helpful in requesting the kitchen to prepare some food which was not on the menu to meet the need of my recovering wife.Special thanks to Carl who came to the room on behalf of the team with a tray of fruits to wish my wife a speed recovery when she returned from hospital.
Everyday the cleaning team did an amazing job of making the room look clean and fresh when we go out and come back. The staff in the counter to book attractions were very helpful.
Overall we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you all and I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Generally the swimming pool is in the sunshine, but you have to move around a bit to have the sun all the time, and in the late afternoon there is a shadow from the hotel building
