I had checked in the hotel on 16-Oct-2021. The room had a lot of challenges. Some of them are: 1. Wifi not working 2. Telephone not working 3. Water continously going in WC After struggling for the whole day with no rsolution, the hotel people have offered alternate room at 12:00 midnight. The room offered was stinking and smelling of cigars. AC was not working. When reported, the technician who came said that the room smell is like a perfume and he finds no problem at all. I felt the remarks embarassing and moved back to the initial room. I spent the whole day in getting the issues addressed with no resolution. I have to still be here for 3 more days. The hotel management has to resolve the issues.

The Arabian court hotel. Dubai. Staff at reception are so unhelpful and Ignorant. No mater to urgent for the staff to deal with. Won’t stay again had to get the manger invoked today. Over charge in the bar. Bar staff are telling us to take it up with management and they are tell us to go back to the bar staff. Ridiculous.

I have rated this 3 star, it is marketed as 3 star, but definitely not a 4 star hotel. Reviews are always subjective and therefore it can become challenging to make a decision on choosing a hotel just on reviews. People expectations are different as well. Whilst some would like to pay for a 3 star hotel, but expect services and facilities of a 5 star hotel. There has to be a reason why 3 star hotel are cheaper than 5 star I rate my stars on whether I would book again at this hotel, for Arabian court I will definitely book again. It was a good 3 star hotel but not a 4 star The staff were very friendly, but the winner was the location, very close to amenities that I was looking for. Breakfast was basic, but that is individual choice and taste. But would have expected the bakery section to have fresh stuff, looked like it has been bought from a bakery at the end of the day. I would not expect a 3 star hotel to make Danish, Croissants etc on site, but choice of where it is procured from could have been better Rooms were spacious, furniture but dated, but clean. Bathroom does need some renovations, but flow of water and temperature was good Did not use any hotel facilities, ie gym or swimming pool so cannot comment Will I stay here again- yes.

My deluxe room faced the Dubai Museum. It was spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. Firm bed and pillows, great AC and hot water. Room safe and small refrigerator as well. The Aster Jubilee Medical facility, a short 10 minute walk away, did my PCR test and emailed me the results the next morning. The hotel does not have a business center, but the front desk staff happily printed my certificate and other travel forms. Nice pool area and workout room. Location is excellent, a short walk from the souqs, the water taxi to Dehra, and two metro stations on the green line. Several excellent supermarkets near the metro stations as well. The #8 bus leaves from Al Ghubaiba and runs up the coast toward Palm Jumeirah. Buy a Red ticket from a metro station for unlimited rides that day - great value. Breakfast featured a rotating assortment of south and southeast Asian specialties, plus eggs cooked to order, some fruit and vegetables and delicious fresh juice. It is not a steel and glass structure, which abound in Dubai, but you know you are in the Guif and I found it a great place to base oneself for a week long stay.
