I travel to dubai every month. More than 10 time I stayed in this hotel. Breakfast is good Lunch is not good Bar is good Reception not friendly Room is clean but too old Location is good and near baniyas. Near metro station I think very year is poorest.

We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. It was a below-average stay but not as terrible as stated above. The Indian staff at the hotel weren't so caring and attentive. There is not enough water, there are 3 or 4 clubs so from 10:00 p.m. to 3-4 a.m, you cannot sleep, some of the employees are very rude and impolite, in one word is not a good hotel at all.

Offered a new room 10 hours after the issue was reported (at 2AM) when we were leaving 6 hours later. I stayed in this hotel for 3days and the only advantage of this hotel is near to metro n shopping mall. The reception guys busy with their own world n no proper response. Breakfast is pathetic Some metal strings are knotted in bathtub to avoid leakage n taps r not in good condition. No free wifi Overall its below average...
