To start off with, I live about 150-200 nights per year on major hotel chains. THis is the worst of my stays ever. I was scheduled to live here for two weeks. The end of the story is that I had to pay for 16 days without even staying there for more than one day. (12 hours) despite their final... More

You can spend your entire weekend or a few days here and not feel bored. We had a junior suite and it was huge. The master bedroom is separated by a door from the rest of the room. There's a unique and comfortable fold-out couch and even a little table for two. His and hers areas for primping and a... More

Facilities are good and high standards. Staff is professional and helpful. Mostly I like privacy in this hotel. Just one things made me upset: my friend (girl with son) could not visit me in my room, because it was not allowed by rules of hotel.

A somewhat average hotel spoiled by overly officious security staff whose main priority is nonsensical 'rules' certainly not the customer experience. For example, I was refused entry to the restaurant area while carrying my supermarket groceries (it was early and I just wanted to check out the menus, prior to going back later on) because I was carrying 'foodstuffs' and... This is the second time that I will stay here and after one week I will be here again. Then I will have been here twice for business and once for leisure. Dubai Marine Beach resort is a "small paradise in the middle of a city". It is the perfect place to relax! The resort has a gym, tennis court... More

I stayed at this hotel last September. I found the hotel to be nice, clean and beautiful. We arrived early but reception staff took care of our luggage and gave us towels so we could relax on the beach whilst our rooms were being prepared. From day one, the customer service was excellent. Ordered room service a few times and... More

This is an excellent hotel to stay in. Special mention to the front office manager Adrian Almirante who was very accomodating at all times and made our stay a complete success. Also I would like to mention.two of the employees at the Club Lounge, Ossama and Godfrey, who gave us an excellent attention during our stay.

Staying in Jumeirah

Neighbourhood Profile
Jumeirah
Years ago, before the skyscrapers, before the 12-lane highway, there was only Jumeirah. In fact, when the UAE was formed, its rulers signed the agreement in Union House, at the very start of Jumeirah Beach Road. Often called “The Beverly Hills” of Dubai, a drive down Beach Road reveals one enormous, lavish villa after another. Originally residential-only neighbourhoods, they are now also home to an array of cafes, smart boutiques, and art galleries. Home to one of Dubai’s few public beaches, this recently renovated area includes a new boardwalk, running and walking track, with changing facilities and cafes along the way. Another landmark, Jumeirah Mosque, is the only mosque in Dubai that can be entered by non-Muslims. As part of the Sheikh Mohammed Centre for Cultural Understanding, the mosque hosts regular tours and talks about Islam, as part of an “Open Doors, Open Minds” program. A wonderful way to understand more about the UAE and Islam.
