Our experience at the hotel initially started off poorly. Upon arrival, we were informed by the receptionist Anjilina that the extra bed we had specifically requested (and which was confirmed directly by the hotel) was unavailable because all extra beds were already taken. This was extremely frustrating, as our request had been acknowledged and approved prior to our arrival.
What made matters worse was the receptionist Anjilina’s unprofessional approach. She was neither helpful nor polite during our discussion. Luckily Anjilina has a really professional and polite colleague – so this will not be a negative review. Thanks to the efforts of her colleagues, especially Hotel Manager Mina and Mr. Rasul from the restaurant, our experience was completely turned around and became truly unforgettable. Both went above and beyond to ensure our stay in the hotel and in Dubai was exceptional.
We had booked a half-board package, and while the standard dinner on New Year’s Eve was included, the Gala Dinner was not. Thanks to the wonderful staff, we received an invitation to the Gala Dinner, which was an incredible experience. It featured a rich buffet, a DJ, a raffle, and even a belly dancer, making the night truly special. However, they don’t serve alcohol —so for those who need it, come prepared! 😊
The buffet variety for both breakfast and dinner was outstanding, offering a wide range of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel’s location is fantastic—just steps away from a Metro station and only 15 minutes from the airport, making it incredibly convenient. Thanks to the exceptional staff, memorable experiences, and great amenities, what started as a disappointing experience ended up being one we’ll always fondly remember.

We booked a premier king room for 2 nights. The hotel location is excellent and very near to metro. The view is nice where we can see the Museum of Future and Burj Khalifa. Downside was, housekeeping keeps on missing items in our room such as no toothbrushes, no hand towels at all, only one hair towel, only one glass..as for iron and ironing board, it has to be requested. Cleanliness was not on point - something that housekeeping team could pay more attention to. One point to highlight, our flight is at night and the front desk officer is kind enough to help extend our check out. Shout out to Radia for being so kind-hearted and helpful!

Recently visited from a 4 night stay and would deceive this hotel as nowhere near 5 star and 3 star at best. I stay in lots of hotels and this would struggle to better a premier inn as a comparison within the uk.
Rooms are dated and in poor condition (given 5 star status), basic in functionality. Shower areas are tired and show signs of mould which should not be present.
We experienced many issues within the hotel which were all raised with management inclusive of:-
1. We stayed on a half board basis and despite food being of good quality it was stone cold. The water on the tables was warmer than to chicken and rice on offer. We raised this and was offered lunch free of charge which was also cold. Only ate 1 evening meal in the hotel out of the 4 nights due to this 2. I Emailed the hotel direct twice prior to arrival to warn over early arrival. No response was received. I appreciate the hotel was full but we were dumped in a fist floor waiting area for 3 hours without a drink or even enough chairs to sit on. We were also reduced breakfast unless we paid an additional fee 3. Finally got our rooms after 6 hours and only one towel in each room. Took 3 hours and 3 members of staff to get more 4. Hotel had key areas closed. No warning of construction works or areas being closed prior to arrival. Hotel blamed booking.com for not informing me despite the hotel not informing booking.com that works was taking place. 5. Sink leaked all over room. Trap was Held in place with electric tape. I fixed it 6. Room was only cleaned in the evening
We raised all issues to guest relations manager and he took the feedback on board but there was a general reluctance to accept or resolve issues. We were offered reduce drinks packages and free meals which we declined as our intent was not to receive free goods. We just expected a better standard of hotel.
I would suggest the hotel would suit a family looking for a budget cost hotel in a prime location but do not expect luxury as advertised. It falls way short of that.

I had higher expectation for a five-star hotel! Unfortunately, I was thoroughly dissatisfied. Initially, my room lacked towels and a bathrobe. Although I requested these items, they were only provided after a couple of hours. Throughout my stay, my room remained unclean despite my requests for cleaning being made. It seemed that no one took responsibility for this oversight. Every time I needed water or other essentials, I had to ask for them; it should have been the staff's responsibility to provide these services rather than guests having to repeatedly request and wait for hours. Besides, the hotel is going under construction or renovation caused distruptive noise during the day time, akin to a constant hammering in one's head!! such disturbance is unacceptable for a hotel accommodating guests!!!!! Furthermore, the breakfast was bad in terms of quality and variety. The only good points were the room and location of the hotel they were only provided after a couple of hours. + The hotel is not bad, conveniently located in the very center of the city near the metro and within walking distance from attractions: The Mall, Burj Khalifa, Museum of the Future, Oceanarium. We lived on a very high floor overlooking the bay and the old town. The hotel has excellent soundproofing, so you couldn't hear your neighbors or city noise. The sofa and bed were very comfortable - we slept great. There is a refrigerator in the room where you can cool your drinks. There is a concierge service downstairs in the lobby. At certain hours a tourist guide works, through whom you can easily book excursions or attend events - it’s very convenient, you don’t need to run anywhere or after anyone. Boarding: Half board was included in the room rate. Delicious and varied cuisine without any frills and excellent coffee in the morning.
- 1. A very serious point from our point of view that requires adjustment. The hotel saw an order that the three of us were moving in - two adults and a child. Why then were we given a room that was prepared for only two? 2. Furniture and fittings require updating. 3. Incomplete set of towels. For two days the towels were not changed even once. Hi, wish you a safe trip and tranquil stay, I’m not quite sure about the airport shuttle as I usually rent a car, but certainly they’ve got a shuttle to the outlet mall as I saw the ad in the lobby.
Please check their website for shuttle service.
IMHO the breakfast is highly mediocre and we've stayed in several hotels in the neighborhood during Gulfood, so we have what to compare with. To get a decent coffee, one needs to catch someone from the personnel and then wait for some 15min. If coming for breakfast after 9, you'll wait for ages for the elevator (like up to 20min) and there were queues up and down.
There are more places to choose from in the Dubai area.
