This property is absolutely gorgeous and perfectly located; our stay was exquisite; their service was above and beyond a total experience like no other. I have to mention - Karen made the check in process easily fantastic; she was so attentive and friendly that her name is unforgettable. Andrea guest service associate was also super helpful and knowledgeable (she booked my airport transportation) and everything went so smooth. The property has 5 restaurants all of them it’s in finest plus an infinity pool that faces Burj Khalifa; so beautiful. I definitely recommend this hotel - A+ / 5 *****
Amazing place with very good service and a great view of the city. You can sunbathe and swim, the water in the pool is warm and you can also watch the sunset, which makes the whole experience very special. Big thanks to Thuwan who made our visit excellent.
This hotel gives you all the vibes you need. Words aren’t enough to describe this masterpiece. The stuff we’re amazing m, supportive, helpful and so kind. SLS will definitely be my home in Dubai forever.
Having never been in Dubai before I had no idea what to expect from the city but my goodness it over delivers in every way . The hotel SLS Dubai is nothing short of superb ! It’s one very classy joint ! And from setting foot on the polished marble tiles outside it’s ground floor , to our very last moments this hotel and its staff deliver VIP service. We stayed in an Elite living loft with magnificent views of the business bay and the Burj Khalifa. The apartment was immaculate, it had everything you would want .. including a little laundry room with a washing machine . We had a coffee machine which was stocked daily and at least 4 bottles of water were left out for us every day . The upstairs consisted of a bedroom with a bed I would have gladly taken home with me , a dressing area and a huge wet room . The shower products again were gorgeous and given in abundance. The rooms were cleaned to perfection daily by a lovely Philipino lady and a young nan who was very polite too and housekeeping also popped in every evening to make sure you had everything you needed . Breakfast and lunch and Italian evening meals in Fillia the restaurant on the 70 th floor were tasty .. and abundant in choice . My mornings were made brighter by the happy smiling faces of Vipin and Raj who served us in the outside eating area . These boys are the loveliest pair .. they served breakfast, offered advice on places to see and modes of transport and quite frankly we’re like a PR machine for the SLS and Dubai . It’s a joy to be in the company of such welcoming happy company ..so often on my travels I hear staff grumbling about their employers .. these boys were the complete opposite.. it is true that happy staff are the reason for success.. especially in hospitality ., The SLS has evidently got that at the heart of its ethos . We ate dinner a few times at Carna .. the posh 74th floor restaurant. We were served again by lovely staff Sarah from Spain and Suki from the Punjab to name but a few . The food is not cheap ., but I’d advise you to have their Chateau Briand if you can .. we ate it on two occasions and OMG .. I’ve tasted nothing like it before .. simply sublime . We also enjoyed lunches and sunbathing at the two infinity pools on the 75 th floor . The water was so warm it was like getting into a bath . Again the staff were ever attentive to our needs and keeping the areas clean and serviced with clean towels all the times . I think it’s fair to say that this hotels attention to detail and service is exemplary. The decor in the hotel is magnificent from the deep rugs you walk on , to the chandeliers and the art on the walls . I honestly can say it has been my best hotel experience ever .. and I travel a lot ! I literally cannot wait to go back already and I landed in England barely 12 hours ago. It is was my third stay at SLS and it the worst. I waited for almost 3 hours for my baggage. The room service took 2 hours to bring towels and water. I asked to empty the the minibar 3 times and no one came. And a lot more thins.
