The room was spacious, very clean and well maintained. The location of this hotel is very good for business visitors and holidayers alike. The staff in the hotel is polite and helpful. The poolside on the rooftop is nice and the view is beautiful. A big hands up to Ms. Mildred Vilbar from Rayna Tours and Travels, who is extremely...

The hotel was first class the lobby staff were excellent and very attentive especially Abygail nothing was to much bother for her, she made our time in Dubai much more enjoyable and helped us make memories we will never forget. Arrived at 9 am after a long flight, the reception staff were very pleasant & gave us an early check in and also an upgrade to a deluxe apartment. The apartment I was allocated was very spacious but very dated. The bathroom floor tiles did not look clean & the bathroom also had a urine smell, the carpet in the bedroom...

Great Hotel, Ideal Location, Food is brilliant, Reception Staff need to learn to be more friendly. Check in is a big problem as most rooms are not ready on time, become difficult of you have had an early morning arrival flight.

My "Deluxe" room was indeed a comfortable apartment, with large sitting room and bedroom, 2 bathrooms, and kitchen fully equipped with electrical appliances (I guess nobody using, staying few days in this kind of hotel). But furniture and curtains are rather basic, and sometimes worn out. For the guests arriving early in the morning, the early check-in should be managed...

We booked a 2 bedroom suite here during Arab Health and naturally paid a huge price for 4 nights stay. The suite can hardly be considered a suite by international standards. It's really just an apartment. Facilities are generally clean but old. Service has room for improvement, front desk reception staff lacked warmth and smiles. When we asked for help...

most of the staff are not that accomodating especially in the reception area, the female staff in particular were talking sarcastically when we asked some enquiries maybe due to workload but being new to the place we aren't very familiar with the place. this is the second time we visited dubai but the first hotel where we stayed before is...

In comparisation with other hotels in this quartier, one of the oldest and not to recommand. Needs urgently modernization and renovation, Rooms are big enough, maintenance is out of acceptance. Pool area dirty and windy. Restaurant and buffets (several tried in different times) are not 4* standarts, Service sometimes very nice sometimes "so lala".

We were extremely pleased with the professionalism displayed by Mildred Vilbar who made sure that we were happy & comfortable with all the tours organised by her. Mildred had always a beautiful smile & ever ready to help. I also should mention the name of the "short person" from South India (Pradhap ?) who was always kind & ready to...
