My friend came from KSA and he had a confirmed booking since he booked from booking.com. He planned his trip with this peace of mind that he has a place to stay. When he appeared there at 8:00 PM he was told that the booking is cancelled due to unavailability of room. Moreover receptionist said if he wants the room,...

Where do I begin from? Except one little smile from the staff, nothing is good about this place. Regretting my decision to pay for 4 nights. Have still 3 more nights here and I don't know how I am going to manage. There is NO wifi. Just one router and that too is not working. A business traveler can't manage...

Quick summary would be this: hair on the floor, somewhere dirty walls, strange smell for a non-smoking room, table lamps didn't have a lamp it self and had not even a right plug to be able to function. LOTs of noise... - from night club heavy music till 3 am, and from 7 am cleaning stuff, noisy room service, terrible......

The structure is decadent, the wifi isn't working , the windows are broken, really bad attitudes from the hotel's staff , disorder in the public space, poor and always late housekeeping, dirty places around the pool. If you can don't go in this hotel.

Once you enter the room after long journey i bet you will be relieved. Rooms are just awesome, luxury feel and wooden touch with extremely soft bed will just leave you jaw dropped. Hotel, food & overall ambience is just good. You will just get much more for what you paid. For the ones looking for budgeted hotels in dubai...

Nice hotel with nice rooms. Location is little far from the buzzing Bur Dubai and Meena Bazaar area. Suggest to take room on higher floors to avoid the noise coming from their clubs and bars. Breakfast was good from a Indian Guest perspective. All in all a wonderful stay.
