The hotel is in a great area within 10 minute walk to the Mall of the Emirates and in the opposite direction to the metro Mashreq, taxis were plentiful I downloaded the Careem taxi app and you can book from anywhere the longest we ever waited was 5 mins. The hotel also have a taxi available with a set fare. There is a free bus to take you to kite beach which is fabulous with lots of seating areas food outlets and a mini market.
We travelled at the end of October for three weeks, we checked in and were upgraded to a family suite. The room was big with two bathrooms one of which had a bath. The bed and pillows were very comfy and Shahid our housekeeper always checked we had enough towels and water and kept the room in very good order. We stayed half board and found a good selection of choice at breakfast and lunch or dinner, the staff in the restaurant were always very busy. Nagla always had a smile on her face and always took time to speak Samuel was a very polite man and it was lovely to speak to him. The pool area was lovely with sun beds and towels the guys Adellu Buya and Indika kept the area dry for people walking around, they cleaned used towels ready for the next guests.
We celebrated our golden wedding anniversary while we were there and were suprised with a lovely cake red roses and a gift from the hotel manager and his team, thank you to everyone who made our stay special we will be back.

Great service. You get treated like a princess. You can safely leave all your possessions to be taken care of while eating or bathing. Some "sweat" minutes to walk to the mall of the Emirates☺️ uber is cheap to they arrive almost in a minute. Quiet and comfortable hotel. We stayed at the Novotel Suites MOE as a family for 4 nights in Feb 2023. It was a good experience overall and the hotel is a comfortable choice for families on a budget.
We had booked a family suite which came with a double bed and a sofa bed. We checked in at 2 pm and the room was ready on arrival. The room had a unconventional layout with 3 bathrooms where 1 had a bathtub and a shower, one had a bath and one with a toilet. The bed was comfortable but the sofa bed wasn't so and sinks in unevenly making it difficult to sleep on. We had some issues with the drainage of the water in the basins.
Breakfast was a standard affair and while there was some variety, it isn't something to call out. You also have the option of trying out the breakfast in the Turkish restaurant opposite or if you like Indian food, the Vasanta Bhavan around the corner as an alternative.
On the hospitality front, it's a mixed feeling. The staff in the reception gave the vibe that they are there to do their job and not an iota more. Service and housekeeping is better though with timely response and prompt service with smiling faces.
The hotel is easily accessible but getting taxis on weekdays was a real challenge. There are only 2 exits from Barsha onto Sheikh Zayed Road and getting to anywhere other than Jumeirah or Marina was difficult.
We did not try out the gym or the pool but overall you get what you pay for and it's something that will work if you are planning with a budget in mind.

We decided to extend our Dubai trip 3 nights very last minute and Novotel Suites made sense for us because for our family of four the price point was very good. Glad to say we were highly impressed by the hotel! Check in was very fast, we arrived earlier than check in time and they were very welcoming. We asked to look at the room before checking in and they were totally up to it.
We booked a family suite, while the room itself wasn't too big the design was extremely smart and every space was utilized. 2 bathrooms, 1 Queen bed, 1 double sofa bed and a seating area with a couch, table and 2 seats. For a short stay the room is perfect for a family with small children. Like others mentioned, rooms are a bit stuffy at first but once the AC is on it's fine.
Breakfast was impressive, plenty of options and an egg station. Restaurant is divided into 2 parts, one part inside Novotel and the other is in Ibis the neighboring hotel. Both hotels are connected to each other, even the room corridors are connected as well.
Housekeeping did a good job cleaning the room daily, however I felt the room needed some deep cleaning between guests because under our bed we found stuff that belonged to previous guests. When we asked for anything it was brought right up to us.
Hotel location is very good, walking distance to Mall of the Emirates. Carrefour supermarket is very near as well along with many restaurants. It's a small street but always lively. Finding taxis is really easy as well.
Room AC was a bit weak, but this wasn't too much of a problem for us. The room hair dryer kept shutting off because it got too hot which was a bit annoying. Room was also lacking electricity plugs, only a few were available which made it hard to charge phones and electronics while using them at the same time.
Our visit overall was really positive and we will be looking forward to go back!

We stayed for 4 nights in a family suite. The beds were very comfortable. Having 2 bathrooms was so nice. The staff were all very helpful and friendly without exception nothing was ever too much trouble. The half board was fantastic and the ability to be flexible between lunch or dinner meant we were getting excellent value even when we were out in the evening for safari. The hotel is exceptionally clean. It is nice and quiet in the rooms. The swimming pool is lovely. The food buffet has a variety to suit most tastes and the chef is very helpful concerning food allergies. Alternative foods can be requested and all dishes are labelled for common allergens. The mall is a short walk from hotel.

From December 23 to December 30, we stayed with our family at the Novotel Suites Mall Avenue in Dubai. I reserved two non-smoking rooms. Upon arrival, we were given two rooms on the same floor, across from each other: rooms 229 and 230.
When I entered room 229, it smelled of cigarettes, so I asked the receptionist for a different room. Unfortunately, the next room they gave us also smelled of smoke. Finally, they provided us with a third room, 312, which did not have any cigarette smell.
My daughter, who stayed in room 230 with her two kids, also noticed a cigarette smell inside the closets. However, they decided not to use them.
Another significant issue was the size of the toilet in the room. It was so small that I had difficulty using it and had to leave the door open. Additionally, the chairs and the sofa in the rooms were very old, and we chose not to use them.
On a positive note, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was generous and delicious.
