Spent 7 hours here, arrived at 01.00, quick check in and was shown to my pod. Is a mix between a capsule hotel and a reclining aircraft bed. Pillow, thin blanket and bed sheet provided as well as earplugs. Bed comfort is average, the recline motor makes quite some noise as does the privacy cover when you pull it down. As quite a few people came and left while I was there heard quite a few recliner and privacy cover sounds. Sound proofing is a bit of a weak point of the setup. I took a shower at the Spa next door which was fine and adding shower and restroom facilities would significantly improve the sleep and fly product. After adding the cost for the shower it is still cheaper than the in terminal hotel but next time for a long layover I will try the hotel.

I'd a 12 hour long layover at Dubai airport before catching a 13 hour long flight to Australia. I stumbled upon the Sleep n fly lounge in Terminal 3 with very affordable prices. The receptionist was kind enough to provide an additional 1.5 hours of free booking when I offered my intent to book for 3 hours. The pods are very neat and cosy with reclining seats which turn into flat bed. This is highly recommended. Please see the attached pics for reference.

Thanks

Although it was pricey, It was the cheapest option at the Dubai Airport.
The room was small (liternally a bed and a 500mm space next to it) - i think the double room was 4m2 in total. But it was a comfortable bed and we managed to get about 4 hours sleep from the 9 hours booked.
Unfortunately there were inconsiderate people in other rooms playing movies/music and kids screaming etc...which was a deterrant. If they had better sound proofing this would be resolved I suppose.
It would of been great to have a shower facility, but the public toilets were literally 10m from the rooms so that was good. And the public toilet for that area was relatively quiet and very clean.

All in all, the service was good here - staff friendly, and if you have earplugs and eyemask then you will have a nice nap and feel refreshed after (except for the shower lol)

I still think that Emirates should of accommodated passengers like us somewhat for 13 hours in the airport. We asked if there was a sooner flight, or even a couple of hours lounge access to freshen up, but no luck.

The stay was comfortable but the service was definitely
lacking. The breakfast could have been better too. But the
worst thing about the hotel was its housekeeping. They
barely cleaned the room and always forgot something. The
first day, they did not keep enough number of towels and
when I called to ask for it, they said they would send it but
never did, even after reminding them. Next day, when I asked
them in the corridor, they said they don't give extra towels
("extra" is misleading because they forgot to put enough
number of towels for the number of occupants). The day
after that, they forgot the hand towel.

I booked a double cabin for 6 hours at the sleep n fly due to a 10 hour transit in Dubai via booking.com. but upon our arrival, I learned the booking was made incorrectly via that website as advised by the check-in staff, and the booking had been cancelled. The staff showed me the paperwork for the booking and I pointed out where I had provided my arrival time on the reservation. Not sure where the reservation went wrong and my credit card had been fully charged for the reservation?Regardless, the staff were able to provide us with the last room available. Room was very small (as expected) but cosy and we managed to sleep for a few hours.

I was surprised, however, how much noise was heard. I could literally hear the person breathing in the cabin next to ours. There wasn't any sound proofing whatsoever and this made it difficult to sleep. You could hear people coming and going, and the main door opening and closing.

They did offer a wake up service although we just used our phone alarm.

A great idea for a long transit sleep but next time, I hope the sound proofing has been resolved.

I dont want to name any particular staff but they need to train there staff on customer service.

Important point. They greet you nicely and moment you tell them that you will use LOUNGE KEY their attitude changes and they treat you like they are giving you for free. NOTE you are not giving the free access BANK pays you .

I have tried both in CC AND CA Both places i saw same attitude.

Plus they keep bothering you so you checkout early and they can rent the same pods to customers who pay cash ,despite telling them at checkin that no matter how many times i have to swipe ill swipe my card regardless the bank charges me extra or no still when i was busy shopping they kept calling me to check out early as they have other guest.

Now they are expanding in CB ,hope they improve there services as it is a very good option for passengers to take rest and sleep

An overall great experience, especially if your layover is long. Kudos to Ronie, he was very accommodating and friendly. Was great at giving us directions for navigating the airport as well, and made for a pleasant conversation. He also made sure to warn us to keep our voices down for the other customers, so he made sure everyone else gets what they paid for. Worth it if you're looking to make flying a more comfortable experience, and if you can afford it.

I had expectations that I would have a good night's sleep. There was a fault with the lighting and power which meant I had to settle in using only the light from my phone. A/C and seat adjustments also had no power for the first 3 hours but went off again a short while later. For safety reasons the main overhead lights came on making it difficult to sleep. I realise some of these things are beyond the control of Sleepnfly but they didn't do anything at all tp try to compensate. e.g would you like a free bottle of water or an hour longer etc. Considering it cost almost £100 for 6 hours I expected a better service . Perhaps the company can review its emergency policies and do something to encourage repeat business?

Had a lengthy 13 hour layover in Dubai while travelling from Toronto to Maldives and decided to get some rest in to help avoid too much jet lag. We opted for the Double Cabin for 6 hours and found the bed to be comfortable and the room quite dark. It doesn’t offer much floor space if you’re carrying a lot of luggage, but we found it to be perfectly fine. The concept is a convenient amenity at a reasonable price, especially in comparison to the hotel prices at the airport, and we would have no hesitation in recommending it to others. If I could offer some advice to those who have complained about the noise, just download a white noise app on your phone / tablet and you should have no problem having an uninterrupted rest. Also, the complimentary Starbucks coffee and soda station are a nice touch, in addition to the immaculate washroom facilities. We honestly think that staying here helped us make the most of our holidays by allowing us to adjust to the time difference more efficiently. Highly recommended :)

Paper thin walls. Can hear every sound from outside and the other rooms/pods along with other people snoring. Children crying. Reclining chairs in pods are noisy and the constant banging of people going in and out makes it impossible to sleep. Not very welcoming staff and clueless if there is an issue or problem.

After 90 minutes of our 8 hour stay my Husband went to tell the front desk that we want to leave due to the fact it was impossible to rest. Front desk spoke with their manager/colleague Reyman by phone and an agreement was reached for a full refund minus 2 hours that we had been there which to be fair is wrong due to the 90 minutes of hell we had to endure here and not 2 hours. We were advised an e mail would be sent immediately confirming this which we are still waiting for. Also the full payment has left our account with no sign of the refund. I will be following this up in every possible way due to how strongly I feel I have been conned with this service. I await a response.

Bad customer service. All in all terrible experience.

Would not recommend.
