Jumeirah Al Naseem is celebrated for its luxurious and modern vibe, boasting spacious and beautifully appointed rooms with breathtaking views, which many guests appreciate. The hotel's meticulous attention to cleanliness is often highlighted, with the housekeeping staff receiving accolades for their prompt service. While the comprehensive amenities, including the pool, are a hit, some visitors have voiced concerns about overcrowding. Although the service is generally regarded as professional and attentive, a few travelers have experienced inconsistency and mention a tendency towards aggressive upselling. Additionally, the value proposition of the hotel is questioned by guests who feel the high costs do not always match the services provided.

First time visit to Dubai. Hotel staff was outstanding. Great check-in experience, offered us water while we waited to complete the process. Gave my wife a dozen roses. The Palmery restaurant had a breakfast buffet with healthy options, and other bakery items and pancakes to indulge in, if you choose to. Housekeeping accidentally took the shower gel, brought my wife a gift basket to apologize and brought the gel back within minutes. Pool service was wonderful, everyone said good morning or afternoon as you passed by. Great place to stay and the Souq on the property made it easy to shop. Uber ride (Black) ,to Mall of the Emirates was $10US

Beautiful resort with the best service yet in Dubai. We stayed here for 10 nights with our family and will definitely come back in the future. Very child friendly, the children felt very welcome. The rooms are spacious, but if you stay with a whole family for 10 nights you will really miss closet space for clothes. We quickly forgot this when we saw the beautiful view of the sea and Burj al Arab. This view was a gift every time, both during the day and at night. The breakfast is the best I've had in a 5* hotel in Dubai and I go there often so that says a lot. From the moment you arrive, the gentlemen from Valet Parking are waiting with a smile, my children were extra happy when they saw Lawrence standing at the Valet. He was so friendly that we always had a chat with him. The swimming pool is large and there is always room. Tarek always made sure that our lounge beds had a towel, the parasol was in the right place and that we had nice cold water. He knew the children's names and always welcomed us with a smile. Al Mandhar lounge is perhaps the most special place in the hotel. The pastry they serve here is delicious, the pain au chocolat and New York cinnamon roll are to die for!!!!! We were served daily by Amal, who is a lovely lady, she made us feel special every time we passed by. The children didn't even want to leave without greeting her. People like her really make the difference between a standard 5* hotel or a 5* hotel where service excels. We will definitely come back and for a longer stay because we didn't really want to leave yet.

This is the most stunning hotel we have ever stayed in. We usually stay at Atlantis the palm but this hotel takes the lead.
From the moment we arrived the staff were incredible. Our room was ready on arrival at 8:30am and we were checked in by Hanna on the front desk who was so welcoming and friendly and gave us a beautiful room. He later took the time to give us a tour of the other rooms the property has to offer as we were already planning our next stay. He is real credit to the company.

I can’t possibly fit everything in that is amazing about this resort in one review, it is just superior. The Palmery is the best breakfast buffet with such a vast variety of foods. As soon as you arrive you’re greeted with smiles from the lovely girls at the front desk. The Chefs also walk round to greet you and ask if there’s anything else they can make you that isn’t on the buffet.
The lady making the crepes from the 1st-5th July 2024 needs recognition for her amazing crepe making skills. One day she wasn’t there and the crepes were not a patch on hers. She is so skilled and can make all sorts of letters and figures. I don’t know what she does but they are the best crepes and we can’t stop talking about them.

We stayed in the resort deluxe room and it was so spacious and modern. The bed and pillows are SO soft, you just sink right into them.
The pool food- gorgeous! Picture perfect views everywhere you look. So many restaurants on site. You also get complementary access to the boats around Madinat. If you call down to guest services for anything someone is at your room within minutes, the list goes on.

It really is the staff that make this resort so special. We cannot wait to return and make more memories at this spectacular resort.

Disappointing Experience at Jumeirah Al Naseem

I recently stayed at Jumeirah Al Naseem, and while the hotel boasts a beautiful location and elegantly designed rooms, my overall experience was disappointing due to poor customer care.

Despite the high occupancy rate, it is reasonable to expect attentive service and guest consideration, but that was unfortunately lacking. Simple requests such as arranging twin beds or securing rooms close to one another were met with delays and required multiple follow-ups. The staff, though polite on the surface, often displayed an air of indifference, making it clear that guest satisfaction was not a priority.

It felt as though the hotel operated under the assumption that guests need them more than they value our business, a sentiment reinforced by dismissive attitudes and unfulfilled promises.
Fortunately, Dubai offers many exceptional alternatives. I highly recommend Royal Atlantis, Address Beach Resort, Armani Dubai, and Kempinski Emirates Mall — all of which consistently provided excellent service and treated me as a valued guest during my stays.
If you prioritize genuine hospitality and respect for your time, I would suggest exploring these other options before considering Jumeirah Al Naseem.

Dear Imraan, Thank you for sharing your feedback. As you know soon after your check in I was able to meet you and family and assist to my best ability to try to turn your stay around. There were definitely some miscommunication and or misunderstanding ahead of your arrival and as such your arrival experience was certainly not the norm, nor what we strive to deliver. I am glad that I was able to find a suitable solution for you in the end which put you and your family in a connecting set which wasn't previously possible due to the room categories booked. We are now in touch for the future and I am extremely confident that the next time you stay, we will organise everything in advance and remove all of the issues you faced on arrival this time which will lead to a much better experience overall. I look forward to a new review after your next stay. Many Thanks

We have been coming to Al Nadeem for a number of years since new and always book a club Garden room or suite. In this occasion we were very disappointed as we feel standards have slipped massively. The club room do not serve Champagne any longer and many drink items were not available such as Minuty/ Sauvignon blanc/ peroni on a daily basis and on Prosecco on offer. Our party was 5 people however, when serving afternoon tea we were served enough for 3 people. Whilst the staff were very good and attentive I felt they were very slow serving drinks.

The pool area: lots of people coming in on day passes and from other Jumeria hotels such as Madinat taking up all the sun beds. Children crying and bad behaved around pool ( I have a 9 year old myself) maybe they should have a pool dedicated to club lounge guests that day guests don’t have access to or children under 5 years old !

Restaurants: Rockfish - excellent / SummerSalt - excellent however, Kayto .. we attended 2 nights and in both nights said they had ran out of Verve Cliquot however, were happy to sell it to us by the glass !! Clearly trying to force us to purchase another Champagne or trying to make more money by selling by the glass. Our food the first evening was excellent and service was good apart from the Champagne issue however 2nd evening poor .. we never received any rice with our order!! .

Room: room was beautiful and housekeeping staff were excellent.

Beach: Half of the beach was closed possibly due to jelly fish however I don’t understand why the sun beds were not set out on the rest of the beach .. We paid to have the chargeable gazebo with sun beds however, people came in and sat in them next to us without towels so basically using them and were not challenged by the staff !!

My last holiday was in the Alantis Royal and the club lounge was offering much better drinks and food so therefore I will be booking there in future.

Dear Paula K, Thank you very much for staying at Jumeirah Al Naseem, and for all of your previous stays as well. We take all feedback very seriously and it is always helpful even when the feedback is not 100% positive. I am delighted by the parts of your stay which went well however I do apologise for the issues which you faced. I appreciate your feedback in relation to the club lounge and I will ensure that we look into it with the food and beverage team, along with the feedback you shared regarding your dining experiences. Similarly, we will look into the challenge you had at the beach after paying for your private Gazebo. I will discuss this with the team as it should not have happened. I do hope that you will return to the property again in the future as you are aware, as a repeat guest, that we commonly offer a smoother experience. Until then, thank you once again. Warm Regards Yousef Haider

One of the worst experiences in my life, the standards are so low you would think it’s a one star hotel.

We have faced multiple incidents:
1. The lock on our room door was stuck and we called them to come fix it however no one came until the next day. We were stuck inside our room for the whole night. And when we told the duty manager she told us they came and the door was “perfectly fine” as if we are lying!!
2. I requested a late check out and they CONFIRMED it, yet they called me for luggage pick up before the regular checkout time even though the room was on Do not disturb!! When we told them we have late checkout (at 2pm) and they told me the best they can do is 1 pm!!!! And the confirmation is on WhatsApp until 2 pm.
3. The service is so bad and slow everything takes one hour + to arrive even coffee.
4. I called front desk to inquire about the salon and they had me on hold for a very long time and after half an hour I called the concierge and he told me it’s closed, however the front desk doesn’t know the operating hours of their hotel amenities.
5. I arrived at 8 pm and I had already checked in online, however upon arriving they kept me waiting for 15 minutes as the “beds were being made”!!!
6. I requested a golf cart to take me to my room over WhatsApp and they confirmed it, yet when I arrived they gave me wheel chairs to take me to the room!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After all of that, when we requested to talk to the duty manager at checkout we were told they can’t do anything about it as the duty manager told us “I can’t go back in time and fix it”!!! The duty manager Alkisti was so rude and disrespectful, she said we will compensate for 2000 AED and it was “very generous” (keeping in mind the room rate was 3627.63 AED/ per night) and when we said that was not enough the duty manager Alkisti said she “doesn’t appreciate our tone” and no compensation will be given and she left!!!!!!!!!!!

This is unacceptable treatment from a “five star hotel” and the door incident was very bad as what if an emergency has happened?

Dear Sara a, Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Jumeirah Al Naseem and taking the time to share your feedback. In order for us to reach and maintain the highest of standards guest feedback is crucial to our work and thus, I sincerely appreciate your assistance. I am very sorry that in this instance we were not able to completely satisfy your requirements. It is clear that during your stay there were some incidents which could have been avoided including any issue that you faced with your door lock and a request for a buggy which seems to have been misunderstood along with some other incidents which occured. I appreciate that at your check out you had an exchange with one of our managers which did not go to plan. I am sure that our team, as always, would have been interested in resolving the matter and ensuring that you leave the property satisfied or at least listened to but it seems that in this incident that common ground was not reached. I would like to assure you that as a very busy and popular hotel, we manage to please the vast majority of our guests and I only mention this as while it is clear that you faced some challenges and that you left with them feeling unresolved, I feel that it is fair to say that this is the exception and not the rule for Jumeirah properties, including Jumeirah Al Naseem. I can assure you that your feedback will be shared with the relevant management teams and if this helps us to improve in the future then I appreciate your part in that and apologise unreservedly for any areas where we fell short. Yours sincerely Yousef Haider Operations Manager Jumeirah Al Naseem

I had a terrible experience at the hotel which they are yet to resolve and are passing me around the houses with staff. Staff will urgently try to upsell you if required but drag their feet with making things right. The Hotel and surrounding views are stunning but the service is not what is expected from a luxury 5 star.

Just some of the problems we experienced was :

1. Water not draining in the shower leading to room flooding and then being told it happens (on the first night), alongside the support handle being lose
2. Ceiling fan not working
3. Fire alarm had gone off asking us to evacuate the building, only to be told it was a test and we should have been notified no letter was received nor notification from staff
4.Bug coming out the air vents and being told this is not possible despite it being dead on the floor
5.Air conditioning unit leaking in the room and staff not informing us of this whilst we were out for breakfast
6. Discrepancy on the bill when checking out

Maintenance were constantly in and out of the room throughout the holiday and all we kept hearing was hotel was at 98% capacity. In addition to this they tried to upsell us a suite as a resolution, so basically pay more money and things may get better for you - How is this even a suggestion? Whilst trying to resolve things I was just passed from staff member to staff member. I really didn't want to leave a bad review but I was given the impression hotel would make things right and 5 months on they are just passing me from staff member to staff member via email so nothing above has changed. This was a family holiday and the service was not what was expected in the UAE as the staff are just not taking ownership and sending my query in circles despite saying we can resolve things. If you chose this resort and have an issue don't expect a resolution they will just delay things until you leave.

Dear Zafran, It is clear that you had some issues during your stay and for that I do apologise. You have gone into a lot of detail to highlight the issues that you faced and while it seems we did try to rectify them both in the room and by offering an alternative room option, albeit at a cost, we clearly did not achieve our goal of having you leave the hotel satisfied. Of course, just like any part of life, things can go wrong from time to time but what is important is how we respond to challenges, When the hotel is running at a very high occupancy. This does limit our options to provide solutions and if the option available at the time was to switch rooms to a suite then while there would be some costs associated with it, I am confident you would have been offered a favourable rate to do so. Please allow me some time to liaise with my team and identify which communication channels you are using to liaise with us and what if anything is the reason for any delays and work on resolving them once and for all. I can assure you that this is not indicative of a stay at any Jumeirah Property and I would argue that your claim that guests should not expect any resolution to issues they face is not fair nor accurate. We can normally resolve any issues that might occur while a guest is still in the property both promptly and efficiently and while this may not be the case for you, I know that this is not the case in general. I do thank you for your feedback however and I do sincerely apologise that not only did you encounter one issue during your stay but multiple and further apologise that they were not handled in a way that better represents our usual customer service standards. I will ensure that your situation is wrapped up in the coming days while I investigate what is still pending. Many thanks for your time

The best hotel of Dubai and all of the Jumeirah chain.
What an amazing Hotel! Staff is super friendly , welcoming and so so helpful and thoughtful !
Check in very fast and very friendly.
Rooms are breathtaking! Clean, amazing design , airconditioning system is amazing: you don’t hear it nor feel it, but the room is in perfect temperature ! Housekeeping is so amazing, every evening we had sweets or cookies for the kids, stuffed toys, and baby cot was prepared with toy, swimming diapers and a soft blanket.. the housekeeping offers to wash baby bottles and are so well mannered and sweet. KIDS CLUB is amazing, such a kind team, my son was enjoying every day there. They sing the most amazing song and give so many presents for the kids that are leaving the hotel on their last day… I got emotional because it was such a little party that they make for the kids, it is amazing!
Pool areas: amazing staff amazing pools amazing water temperature, everyone is easy going and kind
Breakfast has such a broad variety ! Very delicious , cooks come to the breakfast area and greet you, remember you by name, staff is amazing! So attentive so friendly, tables get cleaned Immediatelly, they play with the kids, give them attention, ask for the drinks, bring tissues , clean everything and take care of you on the highest level!
I cannot stop naming all the positive points of this amazing hotel!
I thank the whole team for taking care of us and giving us the best experience
Many thanks team Al Naseem

This is the third time at this hotel. Apparently something is changing in this network, and not for the better.
We usually stay in Dar al masiaf or Al Qasr, but due to the proximity to the water park, the children wanted to go to this hotel. Yes, the water park is close, but the entrance has again been returned from the Jumeirah Beach hotel and you still have to use a buggy. So this is no longer a plus.
Several years ago, an electronic concierge was introduced, many services were transferred online. I was unpleasantly surprised by the curvature of the site jumeirah.com; it was impossible to go further than the main page. It is impossible to see the menu for ordering food to the rooms, fortunately there is an electronic concierge via WhatsApp. The question just arises - what is the point of developing all these electronic services if they don’t work and you still need to communicate through the concierge.
I was also surprised by the approach to loud music in the evening. Unfortunately, the room was on the side of the street restaurants and for a couple of nights I struggled with the concierge about solving the problem. I only received unsubscribes. Very surprising. This was my last trip to this hotel.
I’ll add a few words about visiting the water park, which can be visited for free by clients of the jumeirah network. If in previous times it took a couple of minutes at most to enter the water park as a hotel client, now you had to stand in line for 20-30 minutes. Something also changed in the water park - it took at least half an hour to wait in line to ride the slides.

Even though this hotel was highly suggested to us the initial experience upon arriving has been a very poor one:

Upon arriving we were told that the room would be ready at 3pm and sat to have a coffee at the lounge. We received a message by phone that the room was ready around 2:40 pm and proceeded to the desk to receive our keys. At the desk there were two people standing a lady and a gentleman who was preoccupied assisting someone else. The lady said: "he will help you" while looking around. At some point i asked her "why cant you help us?" And she then answered that she is a trainee.

We got the keys and proceeded to walk to the elevators. We were chased then by a lady from the cafe to sign for the two coffees in the middle of the corridor with people passing by. I felt this was a very poor and unnecessary move. She could have simply added the coffees to the bill or even marked them as complementary. I think hotels are getting things wrong in Dubai lately. They think that by training all their staff to harass you in every corner asking you if you are ok they are offering luxury. True luxury comes when you feel that the hotel "cares" especially when you are paying 800€/night accommodation and not by trying grab every single last penny from you.

I know this may sound as a trivial detail but this was the icing on the cake. We come here a lot for business and we observe that these so called high end hotels really do t want to give you anything back besides the beautiful decor they offer. Everything is ridiculously overpriced and there are no reasonable meal options that cost less than 200€/ person.

To wrap it up being chased in the corridor to sign, print name and give tip for what should have been a welcoming drink does not translate into a high luxury experience for me!

Dear Ben-toursRus, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us regarding your stay with us. I do apologise that your stay got off on the wrong footing and that your arrival experience was far from the smooth check in experience we strive for. Your detailed feedback explaining what happened will help us to narrow in on areas where the check in experience can be improved. While I can assure you that this is not our normal guest journey/experience every interaction is important and more so those which are not how we expect and so once again I am very grateful for you sharing your experience with us. Regarding the food and beverage options, while we do have a selection of fine dining options and high end menu items we certainly offer reasonable dining options to suit most budgets including our Business Lunch and Business Dinner set menus which are available in two of our signature outlets. I can confidently say that 2 people could have 3 courses for less than 200 Euros total and so while you can certainly spend more if you choose to I feel like we do have food and beverage offerings to suit everyone. Once again, I would like to state my gratitude for your feedback which will help us to reach our goals. Yours Sincerely Yousef Haider
