This hotel is really well located, smart, and the staff really want to please. But it was unbearably stuffy due to totally ineffective air conditioning, and the wifi didn't work in the rooms. Having to sit in the lobby to get any sort of signal just isn't good enough for a modern 4* hotel, and the stuffiness resulted in several...

We have stayed 3 days in Safir Hotel. Don t hesitate, this hotel is super. A Swimming pool, Hammam and some massages are available. The personal and especially the amazing Rihanna will take care of every thing. The breakfast is globally good. As a cafe lover, it would be great to have a kind of espresso ;). Regarding the locations,...

I stayed in this hotel with my friends in March. The hotel is a little bit expensive and declared as a 4* star hotel while it is a 2* star hotel because of its services. Bed sheets were not clean, towels were not clean, rooms were small, stuffy and not ready for guests! We asked another rooms but another rooms...

I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. When I arrived at the hotel, I told the receptionist that I needed a driver/guide for 6 days. She immediately made a phone call and within half an hour a retired history teacher was standing in the lobby. It didn't take long to sort things out. You just can't imagine what a...

We stayed at the Safir Hotel for 2 nights earlier in January. It is a large, clean western hotel with all the comforts you would expect in a 3-star western hotel. But by far the most impressive thing about this hotel was the service from Amir at the front desk. Once my friend flew back to Tehran I was travelling...

After a terrible stay in a hotel in Tehran, we were happy to discover this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean (although the towels in the bathroom really need to be replaced!!) and the breakfast is quite good as well. We had a good stay and I would definitely recommend it!
