This hotel is supposedly a 4 star hotel? We got a room with torn shades, sub standard bathroom and smoke smelling. The only redeeming factor is that it's one of the few available hotels in thus big city! The staff are courteous but it definitely doesn't deserve more than 2 stars.

Well nothing near adequate stay, rooms are below average you have rust and dust everywhere, needs total revamp... i'm surprised it is still running with no one serving you nothing it's a ghost hotel to some extent, extremely overpriced for such stay. Total non recommendation

The rooms and facilities (including a gym and outdoor/indoor pools) are good, however the service provided by most of the staff was excellent, efficient, and on time. They also accommodated several of our requests including changing the room. All in all, a good enough hotel to stay in if you plan on visiting Tripoli.

It was the only hotel I knew about that wasn't ridiculously and needlessly expensive, but still quite overpriced, especially for such standards. It is quite an old hotel, so the room facilities are outdated, but still ok, though not for what they charge for...

Stayed at the quality inn in Tripoli Lebanon for 1 day only. Positive marks: the staff were helpful and kind enough to let us have breakfast past the set times. The restaurant on the top floor was not in use but the one on ground floor was not bad. I ate a burger there which held pretty good quality. On...

I stayed one night at the quality inn. The room was not clean, old carpets, old furniture. I had to fiddle with the Sat receiver connection to work. Not good value for money. The receptionist though changed my room upon request. There is also a nice park opposite the hotel. Breakfast was ok. The hotel is in need of full...

Pros: Room surface, breakfast, pool, gym, the park behind it, calm neighborhood, easy to get there, car parking and Cleanliness, Cons: Needs some maintenance (doors, painting), no free drinking water in the rooms, a bit far from markets and restaurants, and bed and pillows too soft for me.
