We had lunch here. What an amazing atmosphere next to the Mehkong. We had some local specialties, beers and the staff was really nice! Also, it's not even to expensive! We definitely recommend you to go here!

The location is perfect, 5 mins walk to center, just by the river Mekong, you can relax on a terrase in front of the hotel enjoying sunsets.. Good meals too. Our room was clean and small (but enough for travellers), but the real miracle is the owner Eric - his English is perfect and his advices were the thing which...

We stayed there one night on 9/7/2016. It was a nice stay. The beds are really comfy at EU standard. We forgot the Nintendo charger in the room 204 and don't have email of the owner (Eric). I hope the manager pass by and leave a message to me at aliceinhn@yahoo.com if you found it. I will find a way...

We stayed here for three nights on our visit to Luang Prabang. The room and the bathroom were super clean. The room was made everyday. Eric the owner was super helpful in organising tours for us. He catered to our many special requirements with always a smile on his face. The food in their restaurant was always fresh and tasty....

Great staff . we had a room with fan which was comfortable. This accommodation is close to the Mekong river and a short walk to the main area of town. We have travelled extensively to approx. 100 countries and Luang Prabang is in our top 5. Will go back one day.

A great place to enjoy lunch and a beer on a hot day! Promt and pleasant service. We enjoyed river weed topped with sesame seeds..... delicious! Lemongrass stuffed with chicken was as delicious. It is coated in a thin tempura-style batter and the delucate lemongrass flavour is infused in the minced chicken. Well priced.

Stayed for 5 nights. Khem Kong is centrally located on the road fronting the Mekong, across the road is their restaurant which gives fantastic views of the river. We had the upstairs room (with a/c and ceiling fan) fronting the road, complete with a small balcony. Rates are very competitive given the location. The best thing about this property, however,...

He even provides us free breakfast even though it wasn't included in the booking price. The room is not big but...

I stayed here for 6 days and was very pleased. I'm not sure if he is the owner, co-owner, manager, or what, but the French man who seems to be in charge of the day to day to operations is extremely helpful. He arranged a tuk tuk to the waterfalls for myself and three other guests, told me where to...
