What a gem of a hotel. Impeccable service from all staff members. Lovely pool. We had a room right outside the pool. The hotel is small enough that it is quiet. Everything is so neat and well thought through. The food is also fantastic and not too expensive - 4 USD for a fantastic gazpacho cold soup. The breakfast selection...

Lovely rooms, staff, pool and food. Slightly out of town but shuttle bus takes you in and out on request. Staff very helpful. Beautiful, well cared for hotel. Highly recommend. Luang Prabang is a lovely town even in the rainy season.

Booked at Le Sen via agoda and found a good deal. The hotel is such a gem, small number of rooms but well equipped with a restaurant, a reasonably sized gym and a small pool. We stayed in the executive suite where it has a small patio and jacuzzi tub. Room is large enough for a comfortable 3rd bed and...

飯店非常棒,很乾淨,飯店人員也都非常友善,雖然距離市中心有些距離但有 shuttle 半小時一班可以接送與櫃台登記即可,也有免費腳踏車可借。We book the hotel on line and request pick up from airport. The hotel is very pretty and clean. All the staffs are friendly and nice. Hotel is 15 mins by walk from the downtown, they also run free shuttle every 30 mins by reservation. Free bike rental for all the guests. It is great to ride a...

We stayed at this lovely boutique hotel for 6 nights. We stayed in the Villa which was nice and spacious, with a lovely outside jacuzzi bath, showers and a private deck with sun loungers. The villa was extremely spacious, however there was very little storage space, there's was a wardrobe with hanging space, but no drawers. The staff at the...

Le Sen is a quality boutique hotel just a little out of town (within walking distance). The rooms all overlook the inviting pool and there is a restaurant / Bar / lounge area at the back of property. My partner and I were in Luang Prabang to visit a family member who was working in a remote village about 3...

The town is so lovely, it is hard to be impartial about Le Sen boutique hotel - but it was a very good place. We hired the Villa and the closest Deluxe room - to house five of us - and the villa is great with perhaps the best outdoor shower I've ever used (and jacuzzi), lots of space and...

Everything about this hotel was perfect - the rooms, breakfast, pool and setting. The service was outstanding - the staff were extremely helpful and made us feel completely at home. The hotel is located outside the old city where the main sights are, but they rent bikes for free and offer a shuttle bus service to and from the centre....

Very comfortable hotel somewhat outside the center of town. It only takes about 15 minutes to walk to various destinations of interest such as the night and morning markets, and the Royal Palace museum. But if you’re going into town to eat in the evening, the hotel offers a wonderful extremely helpful free van shuttle service that drops you off...

Dear Sir, Thank you for your feedbacks. It is definitely essential for us to share your comments to all of our staff, especially Front Desk staff as they were only provided a short brief about "Kao Pan Sa" festival or the Buddhist Lent.
