We stayed for five nights over Christmas in a double and twin upstairs - Rooms 1&2 both with balconies. Rooms were well appointed and clean, comfy beds and bedding, powerful shower, great value overall. For our family of four we would probably book three rooms 1,2 and 3 next time so that we could have the whole upper floor with... More

We booked a twin room with a small balcony which was super clean and a good size for two people. The location was great, near the backpacker area which we preferred and around the corner from Utopia and a few small street cafes. Although the hotel was nice, we found the owner to be rather moody. Throughout our stay he... More

I was travelling solo a week ago and arrived at Luang Prabang with a twisted foot. The owner Mr Adisack is a very kind and helpful host, who offered to bring me around on his motorbike for an orientation tour in the city, since I couldn't walk around much. One morning, when I was waiting for tour pick up, Mr... More

Initially I thought I might regret that I wasn't directly in the center of LP. After 2 days of my 5 day stay, I was very pleased to be based at Sita-Norasingh. This is a great part of town, and the center was an easy walk. The book store right next door is a gem, and the owner was very... More

We stated for 5 nights mid December. We had an upstairs room. The room was spacious, spotless and the bathroom was the same. The surrounding bars etc did generate a little noise but all was quiet early enough as mentioned in other reviews. The location is great for exploring and close to the river. The owner is a lovely guy... More

We stayed with Adisack at Sita-Norasingh for 5 nights in December 2012. We had the 2 ground floor rooms which have very little light but that was unimportant given that we spent little time there during daylight hours. The rooms are a good size, with lovely bathrooms and the cleaning and cleanliness is excellent. There is a moderate amount of... More

The rooms I stayed in for four nights (rooms 1&3) were all squeaky clean and cozy. The space is just right- it has a desk, a wooden clothesline for wet clothes, a cabinet, and a refrigerator. Rooms #1 and 2 have small balconies. The staff always cleans the room daily. The sheets and towels are always clean. It has free... More

We were supposed to stay at Sita Norasingh for 3 nights. It's a lovely clean house with nice art, white walls and teak furniture. However, being country folk, we could not cope with the noise levels from the street all night. Even with ear plugs it was hard for us to sleep. We apologised to the owner who was very... More

Sita-Norasingh Inn is located 500m away from Phousi Stupa and 700m to the Night Market. The room where we stayed was at the downstair just next to the counter. Every morning whenever we opened up the door, we would see the decent smile of the owner. The owner is a lovely gentleman with good english speaking. His hospitalilty and friendliness... More

The owner of this guest house is such a lovely man & everyday would leave me a local Lao dessert or fruit in my fridge for me to taste & they were always delicious!
