Staff went out of their way to make sure I had a good stay in Luang Prabang. Free shuttle to the night market was huge. Very pleasant and great place to stay. Free bicycles.. good breakfast. Also helped out in finding tuk tuks and vans to all the tourist destinations around town.

Lovely staff who were always willing to help out and go the extra mile to make their guests feel welcome. Location was a little bit further out from the main city, but you have a free bike to use during the day to get around, and tuk tuks that will take you wherever, whenever. Room was great, A+++

My family and I stayed at Vangsavath for the week of the holiday in late October. Paul greeted us warmly and told us all about the city to help acclimate us. Each morning we ate delicious freshly made omelettes, French toast and fresh fruit. We borrowed bikes from the hotel to tour the town and we used the shuttle to...

I was really happy with this hotel. The staff was very helpful, and the shuttle service to go downtown was useful. They also gave me a ride to the bus station at the end of my stay, which was very helpful. The room itself was comfortable and clean, no complaints there. Overall, I would highly recommend it!

This is a nice boutique hotel but quite poorly kept and maintained. There were dust and cobwebs in the room and the toilet. For the price of USD30 per night for a single room, one would expect a cleaner room. Maybe this is the low season. There were only two other guests during my stay.

A super beautiful, clean and spacious place! Paul made us feel at home straight away:) He was also kind enough to give us a ride to the bus station after we checked out the next day, and also helped us to booked the ticket on the previous day. All the staff smile when we bumped into each other on the...

I booked two nights here based mainly on the great TA reviews. I was disappointed. To start with, the location leaves a lot to be desired. It is out on the outskirts of Luang Prabang, and not convenient to the delightful old colonial part of the town or the restaurants and shops. They do have a little bus service to...

The rooms at Vagsavath hotel were fantastic (especially after the hovel of a hostel we stayed in in Vientiane...) - nice big double bed, air con, en suite and veranda overlooking the hotel garden. The best part about this place is definitely the people who work there, though. As soon as we arrived, one member of staff showed us a...
