Wonderful hotel. The mother and son who run this place are great! Super friendly and compassionate- they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Free bicycles available for use as well! (About 10 min ride into town)

Eleven friends and I stay at Vangsavath for three nights. Pinky was extremely helpful and kind to us from the beginning. We got introduced to the overall things to do and places to go in Luang Prabang when we checked in, which was helpful. We were considering an expensive tour to Kuang Xi, but the hotel could arrange a private...

This medium-size hotel offers enough space even for more people, it has a beautiful garden and open breakfast area where you will feel free. The large veranda in front of the rooms emphasize the open but private atmosphere. You will be warmly welcomed by the owners, mother and son, who are always carefully at the disposal of their guests and...

Very nice and cosy hotel. Bedrooms are big and comforable. The staff is very gentle and helpful at all time and breakfast is abundant and delicious. Location is good however not walking distance. Nevertheless, the hotel has a shuttle bus available at all times to take you downtown and get you back to the hotel. Very good quality/price relation.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay this past weekend. Pinky and his Mom provided excellent customer service and treated us like their family. Would definitely go back. Breakfast was delicious and free filtered water, tea and coffee plus bananas all day. Also the free transfer to town every hour was perfect!

Pinky and his mum are great host. Breakfast is simple but excellent! They also helped in recommending tours and things to do at Luang Prabang. The only minor issue is the hotel location is off the Main Street but guest can use the bicycles provided by the hotel to explore the city.

Vangsavath Hotel didn't only provide us with friendly customer services, but also offered very reasonable room prices for a room of three people without an extra bed. We were really happy with the room as it was pretty clean and quiet at night. Breakfast was awesome, and the hotel staff members were hospitable. Information about sightseeing around the city provided...

Pinky, mummy and everyone provided excellent service in the hotel. Felt very much like home away from the city. Very reasonable for the price we paid. Breakfast was yummy. Great stay for a great price, convenient as they have bicycles available to use and timetabled shuttle to the night market. Couldn't ask for more.

The hotel's facade gives you a homey and welcome feel. Pinky, the Manager gave us a warm greeting and gave us a brief introduction to Luang Prabang, as this is our group's first time in LP. Our deluxe room was large with a separate shower and bath area with a traditional Lao theme. We booked 6 rooms, but 1 was...

The room was very clean with wooden ceiling. In fact most part of the hotel is wooden structure. The dining area is large and overlooking the garden. The breakfast is good. The owner and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Mr. Pinky is very informative and arranged all my tours. I will stay here again.
