Given the rave reviews on TripAdvisor we had high expectations of this hotel, but were sadly disappointed. There is of course a nice pond, pool and the breakfast is good too. However, we were given a room whose sit out area opened into the reception / spa entry. Additionally, there were garbage bag placed there - essentially leaving us with...

The hotel is located just 5-10 minutes walk to the main town. This perfectly kept hotel from the noise and gave you a good sleep at night. Their lotus pond and tiny rice field were really beautiful. Free bike rental to explore the city which absolutely made my experience in Luang Prabang perfect. Not much of a variety for breakfast though....

Although located on the main drag of Luang Prabang, the hotel is set back far enough to negate much of the traffic noise. Lovely setting, lovely staff. When seeking driver to go out to the waterfall, hotel arranged within 10 minutes. Breakfast overlooking the lily pond was a great way to start the day. They have a small gift area...

This hotel was lovely. The grounds with the lily ponds were beautiful. Breakfast was served outdoors beside the ponds and it was a nice way to start the morning. The coconut cake was a treat. The pool was cool (but not too cold) and refreshing in the heat. The location is great too - a short walk to the town...

We were booked in by our agent and we did not arrive there till about 7pm due to delayed flights. So we suspect we got the last room they had. Went to dinner at the attached restaurant - which was good but very expensive, returned to the room. Noticed rather a large gathering of mosquitos and asked to switch room...

We stayed in a Bungalow Pond View room and absolutely loved it! Very relaxing atmosphere across the entire property. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch and reading, also at the pool during the day. All of employees were very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely return here next time we visit Luang Prabang!

The resort is stunning and perfectly located 5-10 mins walk from the main town. We stayed in one of the three bungalows overlooking the lotus pond and we were so glad to have secured one for our stay. The room was large with all the amenities you would expect. Beds were comfortable, the wifi was okay, the view from our...

We actually ended up in one of the 3 bungalows that sit on the pond within the grounds for 3 nights. Very relaxing to sit on your own private terrace and relax. You can easily forget you are in a town. The location is ideal for getting around the town and seeing all the sites. The staff are really helpful...

From far the best hotel during our round trip in Vietnam, Cambodgia and Laos!!! We stayed 4 nights in one of the 3 bungalows and have appreciated the pool with the famous water lilys, the very good service and the nice hospitality of the manager Lucile. Everything was perfect except a small detail: we had to pay directly our drinks...

Nothing better than coming back to refreshing room by the pool after being in 38 degree weather all day. The rooms are very nice and clean . The staff is always smiling and the Restaurant is heavenly. It is only a 10 minute walk from the night market. My experience in LP was fantastic , part of this was because...
