I couldn't really complain about this place, the room we had was lovely and clean with ensuite shower room and it looked lovely to. The wooden walls are thin but it didn't really bother us. The staff are really friendly. They never bother you but when you need them they are always on hand to help with a smile. The...

quaint little guesthouse with a lovely manager/owner! she is so sweet and likes to chat. the rates were reasonable (120,000 kip for a private bedroom with bathroom and towels). the bed was very company and very large, and the shower had hot water. the bathroom was very average, but it seemed clean enough. the building itself it beautiful and the...

Close to many activities... Beds are too old should be replaced. Relatively clean and hospitable. Helpful staff and friendly. Laundry service is a huge plus and affordable. Internet is also available as well. Good place to reset the trip plans.

Room was OK, good mattress, clean towels on arrival. However room was only cleaned once in six days. Tried to ask for room clean on day three, but no one in reception! Walls are paper thin so can hear others coming and going at all hours. Guesthouse is next to a timber yard, so a lot of electric saw and...

I was checking other guesthouses around the area and this was the best I could find. The owner has two guesthouses that are in the same street. The rooms of one in her place have air con and fans, it is slightly more expensive to use the air con. The other guesthouse has very nice rooms made of wood. You...

The guesthouse is in a great location and clean. But the service and friendliness of the staff could be improved, the gate is locked at night, which I was not informed of at check-in, I felt like a naughty teenager trying to get into the guesthouse at 10:30pm. It wasn't the worst guesthouse I stayed at while in Laos, but...

This guesthouse is absolutely charming! It is a family run guesthouse and the family is very welcoming and helpful. We had a room with twin beds. The room was quite dark because of the dark walls, but there was a light in the ceiling and another reading light. Walls are thin, so one have to be quiet to not disturb...

This is a number one sleepover place. This guesthouse is droven by a family and they are very kindly and helpful. The rooms are big and clean with big beds (good even if my madrass was formed after people sleeping therebefore) and a fan. The price and location is good, just a short walk to everything :-)

So you really save the pennies here, the location is great and the family who run it are very friendly. They do a good job with the laundry and there's a handy fridge you can buy cheap water from. Due to the cheap price, there are some negative points: the beds are a bit uncomfortable, wifi unreliable, walls very thin...

As the previous reviewer said there are two guesthouses, same name and owned by the same family. We stayed in the wooden building, had a double, air con and ensuite. All clean and the only slight negatives were the hard bed, but that is usual in Laos, and the walls (wooden) are very thin so you can hear a pin...
