We were picked up from the airport and only arrived at the Hotel around 9 pm. Straight away we were made to feel welcome and a late dinner was no problem. We met the manager - Jean Paul, the next morning and what a lovely chap. He was very helpful on handy hints and on what to see and do...

Jean Paul and his staff do an excellent job running this tranquil resort. He even went out of his way to purchase some hydration powder for me when my stomach was in bad shape. The food at Le Bel Air was excellent and the service was always the best. Highly recommended.

Spent 3 days with a small group-friends- in the lovely hotel in this fantastic city! Although frequent worldwide travellers, we rarely experience the outstanding service provided by the Bel air boutique Hotel. We were very impressed with the personal touch and local knowledge displayed by the newish Canadian manager: Jean-Paul. It's a shame the staff and facilities are not yet up to his standard, hopefully in time Jean-Paul can whip them into shape. I would have given a 3 staff if not for Jean-Paul. We booked for 4 nights and had to...

Dear calumc, Thank you for your kind words about me and for your very thoughtful review. Like all hotels we face a variety of challenges everyday.
