We stayed here in Dec 2012 and had an awesome time! The staff were really friendly and helpful which made our stay far better than we've experienced in other guesthouses in Laos. The rooms were clean, breakfast good and the place quiet and personal. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the nightmarket and the managers helped us...

I stayed in the villa for 2 nights. The rooms are okay, the Laos people at the reception were really friendly but the rest was horrible. It's not that far from the centre (about 15 minutes to walk) but at night the road to the villa is not lighted and therefore pretty dangerous. Some guys on a scooter actually tried...

We stayed here for three nights in Luang Prabang and really loved the place. Smallish but Spotless rooms with WiFi and air con. There's a lovely courtyard with outdoor breakfast area and a comfy seating area. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, a lovely team of women. It was just a short walk (10mins) to the hustle and...

Stayed here for 5 nights recently with my partner and we werent disappointed! The rooms were good size(space round both sides of the bed),air con, private bathroom, hot water, desk, mirror, breakfast was included and was a decent sized for anybody with an appetite(eggs cooked to order, large warm baguette, fruit salad,tea/coffee). Location is a short 5 minute walk away from the main strip of bars/restaurants...

Stayed here on 22 May 2012, for 2 nights.. Room was very basic, clean but not super clean. Bathroom was basic, overall rather clean, but there were lots of ants crawling on the walls.. Wifi worked well. Breakfast was basic too. People there were nice. It's located about 10 to 15 mins walk from the town.. I wasn't too pleased...

We stayed here for two nights. The room and bathroom were both a good size and very clean. There was air con and wifi in the room. The grounds are lovely and breakfast is served in a lovely roofed terrace. The breakfast was one of the best that we've had in Asia; eggs, fruit, bread and tea/coffee. The only negative...

The environment is good, with a lot of greeneries and the entrance of the hotel looked nice. We got the room that's closest to the entrance. The rooms are clean, and the staffs were friendly. They directed us places / attractions to go. However, it'll take like 5-10 minutes to walk to the town center, but there are some dining...

Good location if you don't mind to walk 5-7 mins to downtown. Very quite area with many mum and pop's restaurants. Easy to walk around and tuk tuks passing by often. there we also bikes for rent at very reasonable price.....some areas need a bit of refurbishing but all in all it's a great place to stay.

Booked this hotel because of the excellent reviews. What a mistake. Booked most expensive room with balcony!!!! We have read the 2008 review and the room was still the same in April 2012. The bathroom was terrible. The room was dark and very depressing. There was a li-lo beside the bed, presumably for you to lie on it on the...

A very nice guesthouse in Luang Prabang. A short walk into the centre of LP. I had one of the cheaper rooms off the corridor near reception. The windows are on the corridor so you need to keep the curtains drawn but that's not a problem as the reception area is a bit of a haven and has lovely sofas...

“We were on teh bottom level near reception, and though some people have noted it was noisy...we didn't find it noisy at all. Perhaps it was the loud AC that drowned everyone out though :) Also, apparently the big, nice room of the villa has a nice comfy, soft bed (we were in a twin room).”
