Not the cheapest but value for money. Great location for those who taking train, 10min walk from train station. Nice roof top restaurant, amazing buffet breakfasts. Near to local street food at night and some local restaurant. Free wifi. Recommended.

We stayed here before and after out trip to Bagan, and I have to say that the Smart Hotel treated us very well. The staff are very helpful, with very helpful attitude and great level of service and the breakfast on the roof top restaurant has such a great variety. The view from the restaurant is great at sunset or...

Well, seriously, I don't remember much about this hotel when I was in Mandalay! Some in my memory is: - Free breakfast on the rooftop, quite nice view, staffs are friendly, food quite ok. - Easy going from place to place! Sorry mates, I wish that I could have more information.

This hotel is fine. The staff are very polite but the majority are still capturing their english and are glad to practice on you. The two senior staff at the desk on the other hand speak better english than I and can advise on sights and day trips etc. The rooms are ok but could do with a touch up....

The view from the restaurant at the top was probably the best thing about this hotel. Great in the morning at breakfast. They put on a show at night. It was OK, nothing really special but worth it if you don't feel like going out. The food was expensive in the restaurant. We only used it because we had had...

The room is nice with reasonable price. Also, if you find it very difficult to eat local food, there is a western food restaurant on the roof top. Though the price of the food is rather expensive, it is better than starving.

This place is not as nice as it looks on the booking sites. The lobby is nice and it stops there. Rooms are dated and a bit smelly, bathrooms need some major TLC, staff don't have very good English and everything is very expensive (washing, food and cocktails). It's was going to cost over 3000 kyat for one shirt. Won't...

Nice rooms, though they could do with plug points that convert international Plugs. There were some mosquitoes, but they have netting on the windows, but make sure your fan works in the bath room due to the humidity. It wasn't too bad though. I enjoyed my stay here (3 nights) We arrived late and couldn't go to the hotel restaurant...

I would never spend my precious holidays in hotel like that again. I have to wait at least 1 hr for every service. They don't have taxi service and if you ask them to heir a motor bike, they will give you exhausted one and ask for the price of brand new YAMAHA.

We stayed at Smart Hotel for two nights. It was the perfect place after a long busride and one of us was a bit sick. The breakfast was very good and the staff was superfriendly!! Also a nice extra is the free cocktail at the skybar and the free bicycles:).
