Not a clean hotel. The rooms have old and unclean facilities. It is really very cheap but is near downtown so good to find restaurants. But you get better hotels for almost the same money. The staff is friendly! Breakfast is okay -Nice location on the rooftop.

It's located next to the market and one of pagodas, my room wasn't super clean, but bearable. I would say that you get what you pay, but I was a little bit dissapointed when I had to pay also for water (so far I didn't have to) and a phone call to bus company. I forgot about it when I...

The location is good, right next to a big market and 26th street. The breakfast is good and the staff are very nice and helpful. Good room for the money you pay. The rooms doesnt have AC though, which makes the stay in the room during the day, pretty hard.

I stayed in this hotel twice. First time in Nov 2015, second time in May 2016. They allow me to check in early (6:30am). Room price is 10$/person for fan room. You can upgrade with 3$ for air-con room. The hotel has wifi, scooter renting service (10000kyat/day). The hotel can arrange your bus tickets, the staffs are helpful, answer my...

The exchange rate they are suggesting for tours/bus/boat ticket is the worst I've seen in Myanmar. You're better off paying in USD if you have enough. Toilet paper is not include in the room price and there were no hot water even though it was mention in the description when I booked. Big party next to the hotel outside, coudlnt...

Myanmar is still on its way to development especially for tourism industry. So don't expect hostels in every corner. Pros: Great breakfast, love it! Good location. Was able to book the pagoda room which is so cheap. Cons: Disgusting toilet, no lift and manager or owner was rude to its staffs.

WE had a one night stay here, very close to one of the main pagodas in the city. Comfy bed with en suite shower. V impressed with size of breakfast. Evening meals difficult to find.. may need to taxi it or bike it to main areas. Good airport transfers.

COMPAIRED to other hotels, not overpriced. Definitely by the various "advisors" over evaluated! Suffice to say that I was in one of their best rooms! Are you an early bird? You will love the hotel! The monks of the neighboring pagoda will wake you up at 5 AM with their psalms! Are you a disco fan? Saturday night you will...

The room are ok, it is not so clean but in a nice place. But the manager of this place is just awful. When she stop screaming on her employees she tried to sell you ticket with charges for a trip. We ask for a morning bus to Hispaw and she told her that there are only bus in the...

Pros: Near a busy market street and temple. Pretty cheap ($25 per night). Helpful, friendly staff. Has AC and in room wifi. Nice breakfast included on top floor deck. Cons: It was gross. I didn't even want to step foot in the bathroom. The room had creepy. dim lighting and dingy. It was sort of clean, but I still didn't...
