Great staff, food and view. Love it. Staff was very helpful and patient. We were a big group of 15. They were organized. Nice show of the steak plate which was very exciting for the kids. I wish if they offer a professional photographer service.

Honestly staying at this hotel was like going back in time. The rooms have been preserved to maintain the culture and history of the hotel to the last detail (with some improvements ofcourse). The staff are super friendly, helpful and proactive. Bassant and Mariam at the reception are notably very helpful. There is a nice rooftop restaurant which is amazing. The hotel is in a fantastic location close to all of Alexandrias gems. Make sure you have breakfast at 'Mohammed Ahmad'. It is right in front of the hotel and serves arguably the best falafel and fool (beans) I've ever had. Great hotel - cannot wait to come back. Thank you for everything.

Staying at this hotel was one of the best experiences I have ever had . The staff was very professional and friendly, all of them were exceptional starting from waiters ending with Mohamed Azmy the manager, they were always there to help. the service was great. You have all what you need in Alexandria within walking distance from that fantastic hotels ( movie theatres, restaurants, museums, etc). The Sky View restaurant was a top notch dining facility with a great view of Alexandria Eastern Harbour and the city centre. If I am back to Alexandria I will make sure to stay at this awesome place.

We went to have dinner there and after I been told there is a minimum charge of 250 and I was agreed. The supervisor keep looking to me and my wife and told us there is no available tables. And after I fill a complain with the general manager of the hotel telling him I am visiting Egypt from USA .Now there is a table available 😡😡😡😡 . I still wake away. If u want to have a good time avoid going there . They treat people like trash

This is my second time in this hotel. This time I booked a sea front room and it was really worth it. We had a very smooth and warm check in with Marián from the reception taking us to the room. The staff are so friendly and professional. The view from the room was amazing with a tiny balcony in the room. The hotel suits business visitors as it is centrally located, it is also good for those who are traveling for a city visit. I tired the sky view restaurant which is a the hotel’s roof top restaurant, this was really out of this world. It has an amazing breeze in the middle of the summer. The breakfast is basic but the view is worth it. The rooms in general are good and keeping their old style which I loved, the experience would have been great if only the rooms were more renovated especially the bathrooms. There is a parking lot right in front of the hotel if you are going with car.
