Enjoy your stay in Brasov!
beautiful place, great staff, very clean rooms with true romanian features. We come to Romania to visit family and will stay here again. restaurants are all around with fun evening bars and shops. What a great spot to relax.
I can not recommend Casa Albert highly enough, large comfortable rooms with a great bistro in the cellars of the property. The staff were really friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable!
What an amazing place! Our room was huge and so well laid out with such attention to detail and cleanliness. The owners are lovely and clearly have high standards. The Bistro is in the most amazing qwerky cellar with super food and attentive staff at reasonable prices (the food that is!) Breakfast was as good as dinner as were the cocktails and wine! So well located and at such great value.
We had just the best time here at the Casa Albert. Right in the main drag in Brasov but tucked away up an alleyway. We overlooked the main street and the Christmas Lights. It was just lovely. Our room was gigantic, spotlessly clean and warm. It even had heated underfloor heating in the bathroom as well as lovely toiletries. We loved it. We also loved the Bistro attached. Down in a most atmospheric cellar. Highly trained and most friendly and attentive staff the food was superb. So much so that we ate there for our 3 night stay. We has utterly wonderful fillet steak and herb crusted pork. as well as chicken curry and delicious Romanian wine. Hot chocolate was divine you should really try it. Breakfast was just a delicious. This hotel can arrange transfer for you with a great driver called Mihai Vegh a really lovely man with great English and a very good driver. Would love to stay again and have recommended this hotel to all our friends. Thanks for a great holiday…
This is an exceptional hotel with character, charm and class. Located down a small alley above the Casa Albert bistro it offers everything the traveller needs. The room is clean and tastefully decorated - and of a reasonable size. It is located only a couple of minutes walk from the main tourist area of the old town and Council Square. The staff were friendly and obliging and always eager to help. The breakfast was first class and included in the price. We tried the Romanian and the English breakfasts and both were delicious and served in the downstairs bistro. We also had dinner in the bistro. A splendid location and probably the finest fillet steak I have ever eaten. The bistro is again beautifully decorated with lots of renaissance type paintings. It had a romantic, intimate and classic feel about the place. There is no parking at the hotel and you will need to find a parking area locally for a small charge. The hotel can arrange parking vouchers for you. We had little problem finding a parking spot but I would imagine it might be more difficult at peak tourist times. So all in all, a fantastic hotel and very strongly recommended. And to add to all this, very reasonably priced. True value for money! …
