THERE WERE NO BATHROBES!! Seriously though, this place is a dive. The only thing it has going for it is location. The room smelt dank and wet and was freezing cold as the air con was dodgy and barely worked and the radiator didn't work...More

Internet does not work on guest floors. It asked for password but the Internet will not work after connected....More
The hotel is right in the center of Plovdiv which is a great plus. Everything is in close proximity. You can easily reach the hotel in a 15 minute walk from both train and bus station.
