My partner and I recently stayed at the Hotel Astoria for 4 nights. We stayed in a junior suite. The staff on the reception were very helpful and friendly. You could have breakfast from 7am up to 1pm. The hotel is approximately a 2 minute walk from the main gate to the old town as vehicles cannot enter the old...

We stayed for a week in April. Reception were really friendly and made an effort to ask us about our day. Room not only cleaned but tidied too! Clothes left out were folded, hair straighteners put away and toiletries organised neatly for us. Food was excellent- we didn't find any better in the old town, and vegetarian options were generous....

Restaurant Astorija offers a great atmosphear, located in a redecorated palace from the 14th century. Great location and great food. Love their zucchini cream soup and dessert is the best. All the locals and visiters heard about the Vulcano desert but my favorite is the Fruite Shell.

This is a design boutique hotel located in the old town, with unique decor and a very comfortable room. I took a bus into Kotor, and the hotel was about a 10-minute walk from the station. I entered through the South Gate: just keep walking straight, turn left at the square, and you'll find it. Breakfast is a la carte....

My wife and I took a little extended weekend trip to Kotor and stayed at the Astoria. The staff was very friendly as I had mistakenly book a twin room instead of the intended double room. This was corrected upon arrival at no extra cost. The same happened with the car park which I had not booked in advance and...

We stayed 1 night at the Astoria and had a mixed experience. My impression is that they are trying to have different "concepts" inside of the same hotel and it ends up being very inconsistent and doesn't really work. The employees at the check-in desk were professional and efficient. Upon exiting the elevator to the rooms you enter a sauna...

We didn't stay in the Astoria but stopped there for a drink in the café/bar. It is situated in a small square near to the main entrance of the old city of Kotor. The outside tables are comfortable, there is plenty of shade from the sun, drinks are reasonably priced and service is quite quick.

Very nice hotel, perfectly located in the old town, great staff, food in the restaurant has one of best selections in the whole region, huge comfy bed, great shower - this would be five star review but for two relatively minor niggles - firstly the wifi was hilariously patchy, and secondly the local church bells ring like crazy for mass...
