An absolute great Hotel in Zadar. Its situated right in the town centre. Close proximity to beautiful restaurants. Staff are very helpful and friendly. A big thank you to Ivan (reception) & Christian, you made us feel so welcomed. An experience we will never forget. Kind Regards, Michael & Chantelle (Australia)

The hotel located inside the Zadar old town , near iconic People's Square. We selected this hotel because of its location, in walking distance to all Zadar's must-see. As a bonus we've got a spacious room (Standard Double Room) with all needed amenities, and helpful polite staff.

It’s half hidden behind the restaurant of the same name. The restaurant cashier doubles as front desk. There are 3 rooms per floor, and 4 floors altogether. The rooms are surprisingly spacious (the mirrors also help), with a regular king size bed, a modern bathroom with a large shower. The double windows were not enough to mask the nightlife of a Summer Saturday. Breakfast was displayed at our table on a triple layer tray, bread basket, very good coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice and eggs to the order.

Every year, we dine at Art Hotel Restaurant with its ideal location in the center of town! Unfortunately, this year the experience was not pleasant. The food was very mediocre and they didn’t have many of the items on the menu, even the wine! In the past years, the food was always excellent but this time we’ve noticed the decline in taste, flavor, and presentation! We should have noticed since there were many free tables available that something must be wrong and it showed in the food and service unfortunately!😩

After staying in over rated hotels with prison beds this was a relief. From the moment we checked in with superstar front desk man Ivan to our morning breakfast, it was pure bliss. The hotel is super contemporary. The bed was like laying on clouds in heaven. The linen was 400 count if not more. The pillows were one thin and one thick. Finally a choice of pillows!!! Real sized shower and bed (American King). The staff in restaurant was both charming and knowledgeable of the city. I have stayed at there other hotel in Zadar (Bastion) and this on is still the same great service with a more boutique feel. Only 9 rooms, so book early. Great location In the old city walls.

Hotel very well located, close to everything: historic center, squares, shopping center, bars, restaurants, as well as a spacious and comfortable room, very soft beds and a good breakfast. We did the entire city tour of the city on foot, leaving the hotel.

This is a lovely boutique hotel, bang in the middle of Zadar Old Town, right by Norodni Trg (People's Square). The staff are so friendly and helpful, both on the reception desk and at breakfast, which by the way is excellent - the omelettes and scrambled eggs are delicious, served to order and v large portions, and the croissants, cheeses, meats and breads are freshly served and abundant. The bedroom that we had was large and clean, with a quirkily designed bathroom. The bed was a king sized double and was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your Zadar stay.
