We stayed for 2 weeks. The whole place was spotlessly clean and fresh. The pool area is very comfortable and the breakfast in the garden is all you would need. The staff, Adrianna, BeBe and owner Dario are very friendly and helpful!! Had a great time made all the better by a brilliant apartment. More than happy to recommend.

Very friendly. Lovely pool area and spacious one bedroom apartment. Great to have breakfast included too. The owners organised a taxi to and from the airport ( cost 20 euros each way). 15 mins to the beach. 10 mins walk to the bus stop and a 10 minute journey into old town. Old town is great for everyone - a...

Very friendly personnel but ...: The place is divided in 2 buildings: one with rooms and the pool, and a second building with some apartments. We originally booked an appartment with 2 bedrooms and got one in the second building: it was extremely depressing, no cosy place to sit, north-east faced so only sun in the morning, 2 small terraces...

We had a quick stopover in Zadar as part of a long drive through Croatia. It was a slightly long walk to the public (and very crowded!!!) beach, but the Villa itself was excellent. Comfortable room, lovely breakfast served by cheerful team members. Owner is friendly and helpful. I was the only one of our family who used the pool...

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a residential area so very quiet and quite private. Excellent service and very friendly staff speaking good English. Lovely outside seating areas and small pool. We had a spacious living room and bedroom with small balcony and large terrace, freshly decorated and tastefully furnished. We only stayed one night but would have...

We had the large room with separate sitting room with huge balcony. The roomh was clean and comfortable. The pool was also clean and beautiful to have a cooling swim on some of the hotter days. The owners were friendly - it was a nice peaceful place to stay.

Set in a quiet street on the outskirts of Zadar, Villa Julian manages to combine a good location with easy access to town. The welcome and general helpful outlook of the owners was wonderful, although not unique in Croatia. We were lucky enough to have an apartment with separate sitting room and huge balcony. The small pool is lovely for...

Innkeepers were very gracious and kind to our family! Beautiful walk to town following the marina road, then taxi back at night...follow their recommendations for meals! Room had a pleasant view and breakfast had wonderful breads. Zadar is a hidden gem, the sea organ and salutation to the sun are highlights of any travel.

Really nice place. The breakfast was a nice small buffet style. Clean pool. The owners are really helpful. Like other guests have said the walls are not very soundproof, but not really disturbed us that much. Would recommend to hire the bikes which you can ride round the old town.. Just a bit far out of the old city to...

The hotel staff was very courteous and friendly. Always in a good mood which was contagious. A pleasant surprise was that the room and the balcony was generous in size. Maybe a little thin walls since you could hear the neighbors. Standard but great breakfast. I can recommend to rent the bikes as it was an easy way to explore...
