We stayed here in 2018 and chose to return based on our experience. Unfortunately the apartments had not been maintained as well over that period but were still very good. Small issues arose like doors not closing, rubbish not cleaned properly which they promptly rectified when advised. The Lapad Beach area has suffered greatly during the pandemic. The accommodation gives way access to the old city by bus and prices of restaurants are somewhat cheaper because you are away from the tourist hotspot.

We (myself, hubby and two kids 14 and 10) spent two weeks here and we all said it is the best holiday we've ever had. The 3 bed apartment is huge. With a terrace at each end spanning the entire length with loungers, table and chairs and a corner sofa. Inside had everything we needed. Full working kitchen, massive lounge/diner and 3 bedrooms two double and one smaller with two single beds. Two bathrooms and one toilet. The lovely housekeeping girls would come in every other day to change towels, empty bins etc. It is literally a minute walk to the beautiful clean pebble beach and a couple mins more walking to the strip with restaurants, cafes etc. The prices are really good and the service in all the places we visited was fab. Friendly street cats come over and say hi all the time which we loved. The bus stop is right outside and the buses are regular and very cheap too. There is a supermarket right next door. Also a bakery, cinema a lovely Korean restaurant and a gym plus a couple of other shops. There is also two small cafe/bars beneath the complex. The scenery is out of this world. We live in Devon which is beautiful but nothing compared to this part of the world. Lastly but most importantly to us anyway are the girls who work on the Reception. Amela, Karmen and Ana. What a credit they are to this company. They couldn't do enough for us. They helped us with ordering a takeaway from a local place. Suggested and helped us book excursions and would always have lovely smiles whenever we walked past and waved. They are such wonderful people and we miss them already. Totally recommend this place. So much that we are going back next year x

We went to Dubrovnik and spend a beatiful week in this apartment. Apartment was equipped with all the equipment, from the kitchen to the equipment for washing clothes, so everything was at our fingertips. The maids are very kind and we had daily cleaning every other day where they even took out the trash. The staff at the reception kindly welcomed us and after a quick check-in took us to the apartment. We would recommend this facility to everyone because it is very accommodating, luxurious and has everything you need. Not to forget that they immediately delivered a babycot for a small baby upon request.

This is one of the best stays we have had in the last 5 years. Karmen who helped us with the booking was nothing short of fantastic. She was responsive and arranged so many nice touches including a complimentary upgrade from a 2BD to 3BD apartment and sparkling wine and chocolates for our mother’s retirement. This apartment and complex is better than expected and the photos. The rooms were a great size and the apartment is huge with 2 balconies. There are bars downstairs but super clean and comfortable amenities. We found the bakery and supermarket onsite was such a godsend and beautiful to walk over to the sunset beach for exactly that. It’s located outside of the old town and it costs only £5-6 in Uber to get there. Such a wonderful location and 5* was not enough to capture the sentiment of our stay. This was the best place we stayed in Croatia in terms of the room and value for money.
Check-in was friendly, easy and fast, with a car-park right under the apartments. The apartment was very big, with everything needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities.
The balcony was a surprise. Large and the 'partial sea view' was pretty much a full sea view (with an amazing sunset). Beds were comfortable. A TV in each room which could connect to Netflix (bonus!) and big bathroom. We couldn't have been happier.
There is a supermarket and bakery downstairs and a short walk you'll find some bars and restaurants and the lovely sea promenade that goes along the cliffs.
I could happily have checked in here for a month.

They make you pay for the whole stay before even seeing the room?! Since we already had to pay the part of the fee when making reservation we had no choice but to comply. We were asked to remove our shoes before entering the apartment?! You have to return the key to have the room cleaned. We received only 1 buzzer for the garage even though we had 2 cars. Much better options are in the area

Please, let us inform you on our findings: - It is a regular policy in any hotel to charge the full amount upon the arrival; - Regarding the seeing of the apartment beforehand, the photos from all our apartments can be seen at Booking.com; - Our employees do not request the guests to take the shoes off before entering the apartment, on the contrary, our employees take their shoes off as a sign of respect and appreciation of our guests' concerns regarding covid-19; - As per your request, you were given two sets of keys to your apartment. Usually one set of keys is given per apartment because the second set is used by the room maids, and the third set remains at the safe in a case of emergency. Therefore, the room maids cleaned your apartment when it was feasible for you; - It is customary to allocate one parking place and issue one remote control for the garage per apartment. We let you use two parking places without any charges. With all aforementioned, we believe that we did our best to make your stay enjoyable. Amazing ! Very spacious . Definitely better than expected. Very close to the beach , Promenada, short bus ride into old Town. Very relaxing. Would definitely come back. Right infront you have a supermarket , coffee/bar shop, movies and just down the beach you have restaurants! Wonderful location if your looking to relax. Although when we went it was heavy rain. It was still very nice.

Amazing apartment in a great location. A grocery store, restaurant, and multiple coffee shops are conveniently located downstairs. The promenade was a beautiful walk we did every evening. The beach is down the block and Old Town is a 10 min drive away. Highly recommend.
