You can find this online and if you do you are in for a treat - this has got to be the best little find in Dubrovnik. Next to.... that's immediately next to the Polce gate and if you get a room at the back (1 and 2?) you get direct access to a wonderful terrace with one mighty fine...

You really can't find a better location or view in all of Dubrovnik, especially given the price. There is a large patio deck that overlooks the harbor, the city and the beach. We were in a room that opened onto the patio and it was great to come back and step outside to look at the city. The patio is...

This was way below our expectations. The best thing about the place is the location and the views from the terrace. BUT, You had to push a button to turn the hot water on 45-50 minutes in advance of needing it. There was an old dorm style refrigerator in the room. There was a blanket thrown over the sofa (maybe...

Villa Adriatica was wonderful. Very nice family, very good rooms, excellent location. Steps from the entrance to the old city. Dubrovnik was more than we expected, and Villa Adriatica contributed to our fantastic experience. We had a 6am flight from Dubrovnik and the owners son was able to take us to the airport, alleviating our concern over a taxi at...

Family of 4 , two teenagers, staying in Room #2 & #3. We turned the kids loose most days and they were perfectly safe zipping in and out of the old city, which is breath-takingly beautiful, chock full of history and spotless, down to the public beach, all within easy walk. Be sure to stay in Room #1 or #2...

This place certainly lived up to all the reviews. We had the main room number 1 which was the largest but still not that big. That didn't matter though as the terrace and the view was so fantastic you just wanted to sit outside all the time. Location could not be better as you have amazing views but are only...

We spent very nice 3 nights here as the first leg of our honeymoon. We stayed in room 3, as the other two rooms, both of which had direct access to the terrace, had already been booked. The villa's location was perfect, directly on the walls by the eastern gate to the old city. The room itself was comfortable, very...

I stayed here as part of a group of 10 girls on a rugby widows' tour. We hired the entire villa for 5 nights in the run up to Easter weekend. The villa is fabulous and all the rooms spacious and very clean (even with 4 girls plus bags etc staying in one of them!). It was great to have...

Between March 6th-13th, 2007 we stayed at the Villa Adriatica in Dubrovnik in Room 1. It would be hard to overstate the excellence of this well-maintained property and the graciousness of the friendly host family. Our room was clean, attractive, and had international cable tv, a dorm-type mini fridge, two comfy side-by-side single beds, two windows with amazing views, and...
