I have heared alot of stories about dubrovnik’s night life. But it failed to impress me in reality. Although the feel of old town is nice.tiny streets all mingling with eachother, loud music, cheap crowd and drunk locals is all about nightlife.
We (2 adults and 4year girl) was staying two weeks at the Valamr club Dubrovnik hotel in the June 2018. We had the all inclusive, they have all inclusive light only. Which means, that you had breakfast / lunch / dinner and the drinks then. And ice cream for children once a day…
Loved the location and the food was great. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The kids clubs were a big win with my 9 year old. The area of concern was the pool and in particular the pool surround. It was filthy and unacceptable.....no excuses. The area was packed day in…
After staying in a self catering hotel for a few nights we moved to the club. This was an excellent call as we had our three year old with us. The entertainment was nice and allowed the kids to run around. The facilities are awesome, the basketball courts and swimming pools,…
This is a very good three star hotel with plenty on offer. It is well placed for stunning walks along the coast and is a ten minutes bus ride to Dubrovnik old town. Food is fine, rooms are adequate and very clean. Lots to do and also quiet enough to really relax.
"Pay extra for the sea view"
"Our room was next to the restaurant and still quiet at night, best views from the balcony rooms though."
"We stayed in room 3046 which had good view of pool and sea, but no sun on the balcony. Smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor outside room"
"Sea view but not on ground floor would be best (to avoid mosquitoes!)"
"Rooms over the pool may be noisier at night as entertainment was pool-side."
