I stayed in a room with a view and the views were wonderful even though there are tall buildings on each side. The room was comfortable with a small refrigerator and replenished bottle water. Thank-you. I really enjoyed the balcony. There was enough room to sit outside and enjoy fresh air and the wonderful views. At the end of the day, it was a great place to enjoy a glass of wine.
Breakfast was amazing. The staff worked so hard to keep food replenished, tables clean, and keep coffee pots filled. I did not have dinner at the hotel because of the great restaurants in town.
The location was high on the hill, but I ended up taking Ubers to the Gate and Harbor and restaurants. Quick pickup and all drivers knew the hotel for pickup and drop-off. All fares were under 8 Euros.
The hotel itself is great which comes with great views (if you can ask specifically for a room with a view of the city or even pay additional - it really is worth it. Rooms come with a standard TV with the option to watch Netflix or Prime, a mini fridge, a safe and AC which all work well and maintained without a problem. We got the half board package (which covered breakfast and dinner) which I would describe as a 5/10 purely based on the dinner selection not quality (must note it is very cheeky of the staff to offer no drinks and leave you to buy drinks at dinner under the half board package). The dinner options have no variety of veg food whatsoever. This could be based on cultural/past guests or just arrogance. However, if you request a veg dish, the best they will do is give a meatless version of an existing dish. There were many times where we spotted that labels were misplaced, causing food with meat to be under veg only for the staff to be very dismissive of.
The 2 pools and jacuzzi are good and well maintained. The outdoor pool was my favourite personally because of the view that comes with it along with being able to take in nice breeze. The gym element actually surprised me, the hotel have an extensive range of equipment from cables, pull up/dip bars and weights. It could get busy depending on the time you go but personally going after breakfast I didnt feel it got crowded and had comfortable access to it.

The staff is very very nice and eager to serve clients .
The room was cleaned perfectly cleaned every day
Breakfast was prepared perfectly by kitchen and restaurant staff ,
The view of Hotel Adria towards La Pad is super !
Hotel Adria has 2 swimming pools, out- and inside with a perfect jacucci .
Location was central so one van easily head to Dubrovnik by cab of other directions .
We did not hear any traffic noise in our room .
Cars can be parked on free places outside or in the garage .
We did not have any negative things with Hotel Adria .
All we experienced was positive !
We love Hotel Adria and staff !!

We stayed in a Dubrovnik heatwave and it was so nice to get out of the old town and into a modern hotel which had a 5 star infinity pool to relax by.
We got Ubers into town because they were much better value than taxis. However if you want to get up to panarama for the sunset, the hotel will call a taxi because Uber drivers will cancel when they realise they’ve got to get up the hill!
Rooms were a little tired and the air-con was temperamental however for a 4 day stay it was more than adequate.
Great trip and lovely staff.
7.8/10

Superb view of the port, however it is surrounded by 2 filthy buildings which generally spoil the view.
It is possible to reach the port on foot by taking the steps (easy to go down but sporty to go back up)
Otherwise, Uber allows you to travel very quickly between €7 and €9 to the city center.
The hotel offers a generous buffet breakfast.
In the evening the meal is also in the form of a buffet, it is quite good but very expensive, especially in terms of the price of drinks (generally this is the case throughout the city).
The rooms are spacious and clean.
Indoor and outdoor swimming pools (be careful, it is not heated)
The hotel offers various massages and treatments.

Although our room wasn't available upon early arrival, the hotel offered a place to store our luggage, and we enjoyed a meal on the Apertif bar terrace whilst we waited. The views from this terrace and also the infinity pool a few levels below were breathtaking, especially at sunset overlooking the Gruž sea front, Lapad, and the Elafiti islands in the distance.
Our room, while fairly basic, was clean and comfortable, with a small balcony offering a view of the port (despite the partial obstruction of an ugly building). The outdoor and indoor pools were great, and we always found sun loungers without feeling crowded. There was a pool bar which served drinks, food and ice cream which was convenient.
Breakfast at the hotel was buffet style with enough choices for a few days, and we appreciated the option of ordering a breakfast box for our early morning day trip on one of the days. We also dined in the hotel restaurant on two evenings, opting for the Al la carte menu, as the buffet food on offer didn't look appetising. This proved to be a great decision. The sea bass I had was cooked to perfection, and their portion sizes were generous. The staff we encountered were all friendly and polite.
While there isn't much in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, a steady walk leads to Dubrovnik old town in about 25 minutes, and there are steps nearby that descend to the Gruž seafront with its numerous restaurants and bars. There's a lot of steps, probably over 100, so these may not be suitable for everyone.
