I can't say enough good things about my stay here. As I'm sure other reviews mentioned, Pero (the proprietor) greeted us with delicious local grappa and a map. He clearly loves his city. He spent at least 20 minutes asking us what we wanted to see and then showing us how to get there on the map. He drew circles...

My friend and I spent four nights at Villa Ragusa while visiting Dubrovnic. Owner Pero welcomed us with an appreciated shot of homemade walnut grappa. He gave us a thorough orientation to the city. The room #2 was clean and comfortable. The location is excellent. We loved the clothesline outside the window, bathtub, small frig and being only steps away...

My husband and I recently spent 3 nights at Villa Ragusa in Dubrovnik. We booked the room on the top floor which looked out over the lovely city of Dubrovnik. The owner, Pero, was delightful and helpful. The room was a good size, clean and well equipped. Bathroom is a bit small but not a problem. The location was ideal...

Villa Ragusa is a renovated old home in the old town. There are rooms on 3 floors. The top floor offers greats views of the old town and you even get treated to the sunset. The top floor room seems to be the largest of the ones that we saw, The main floor room is quite small but after walking...

We stayed for 4 nights and loved it. Miho, our host, was very helpful. He met us when we arrived to answer questions and point out the location of the Ploce Gate into the wall 2 minutes away and the local market. Our apartment was spacious, clean quiet and well equipped. Sweet terrace with a view of the Adriatic. Plan...

What a delightful place to stay! It beats a hotel any day! And Pero, the owner, is a gem. He was the first of many Croatians we would fall in love with, thanks to their generous, open, welcoming, friendly style. We were in the top room, overlooking the roofs of the walled city and out to the Adriatic. It's close...

Our room was small but cozy. The location is excellent and our host was great. He helped us find our way around town and was very welcoming. We arrived in the mist of a thunderstorm and he greeted us with a warm welcome and a glass of grappa. The narrow stairs leading to the hotel from the main Old Town...

My wife and I stayed here during our honeymoon for 4 nights. We stayed on the second floor. It was an excellent room. The owner was extremely helpful and courteous. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Very affordable. You can't beat the location. Tons of great places to eat at your doorstep. If you want to stay away...

It was fun staying within the city walls for three nights even though it is 73 steps down to the main street (Stradun). The room was comfortable with AC and had plenty of electrical outlets. Pero was very helpful in meeting us at Buza gate, suggesting sights to see, and in arranging a taxi to the airport upon departure.

My husband and I spent the last two nights of our honeymoon in the apartment on the second floor (one set of stairs up). The building and the room were beautiful and appeared as though they were recently renovated. The room had every amenity we needed: a safe, fridge, and free wifi. As other reviewers have mentioned, the property is...
