This hotel is fantastic, I Have been before but the highlight of our stay has too be Kristijan, at the Beach bar his service was next level and really cared about his customers. can’t wait too be back! Thank you to all the team and the service will be back soon
We visited Split in April 2022. We stayed first few days in another hotel near old city and then spent rest of our vacation in this Radisson Blue hotel. Although the price was almost the same there was a remarkable difference in the quality and comfort. Although the other hotel was also of good quality, the customer service, hospitality, facilities and services at the Radisson hotel were at excellent level. The room was modern, clean, comfortable and quiet. In the other hotel I was able to take one warm shower during the three days stay and even then the water kept suddenly changing to ice cold. In the Radisson hotel there was warm water available all the time. The selection at the breakfast was fantastic and everything was tasty. The hotel's kitchen staff was present to prepare omelets, pancakes, waffles and creps. The food served at the restaurants was of good quality and reasonably priced. For example, a three course Easter menu was only 250 HRKs and the proportions were large and food was tasty. In contrast, I payed 260 HKRs for 10 pieces of not so good sushi in the old town seaside restaurant. The spa was also excellent. There were several showers, a steam room and a Finnish sauna, warm and hot water pools, although the warm was out of use during our stay. There was also a rather large inside swimming pool with suitably warm water, two jacuzzis, lots of comfortable sun beds inside and outside. The balcony was protected from the wind, so it was rather warm also outside although it was April. In addition, there was a outside pool, which we did not use as the weather was not that warm. The personnel and general atmosphere at the hotel was pleasant. During our stay it was quite quiet so we were able to enjoy all the amenities without queuing. If I would visit Split again, I would choose this hotel for my stay without any hesitation.…
Stayed here for five nights and the hotel is great and the staff are helpful . The breakfasts are buffet style with a great selection everything you would want set in a great location overlooking the sea. The room bar was great also for lunch although limited menu. The evening resteraunt is a bit patchy with a limited menu and the menu never changed during our stay and it’s a bit pricey but a great location to dine and watch the sun go down, one night we had to wait a while for our main course despite being told it was in its way. The resteraunt has entertainment provided by a DJ , one night the music was chic and modern another night it was pretty poor with the DJ playing jazz songs and old b sides from the 30s and 40s which really wasn’t appropriate for the clientele. The bedroom was with a sea view which over looked the pool which had a nice view, the room was comfortable but pillows were very soft. Shower was ok in a walk in style but the cosmetics were branded and basically smelt nice but would not foam up so not great. Taxis wait outside the hotel but are far more expensive than an Uber which we eventually used a few times with one Uber driver charging 30 kuna into Split which is about £4 as opposed to a lot more in a taxi . One tip I would mention when in split, there is a one way system so if you get a taxi from the hotel they will drop you off on the east side by the palace and market, if you walk to the other side of the town along the front and get a taxi from there it’s far more expensive as they have to get back to the hotel a longer way, past the football ground so be aware , we got well ripped off by one taxi about £35 , his explanation when challenged was it was a longer route. The hotel has a beach bar which is pleasant and allows you to relax next to the sea which is a nice feature, there are also other beach bars that provide meals also but basically burgers and pizza We used the spa which has an indoor pool, jacuzzi ,sauna and steam room which are all free to use which was vey good, although the pool was a bit cold as was the pool outside. We walked to Split along the path that follows the sea and it took us about 40 minutes and was nice to do as it takes you though several local beaches it can be a challenge in the heat so make sure you have a hat. The fact that the hotel is outside Split is nice as it’s quiet In summary a very nice hotel to stay at, a few niggly things but overall very good , would stay again…
We had a wonderful time at Radisson in Split. Absolutely wonderful staff from housekeeping to management ❤️ The front desk staff all smiles, the Beach club fabulous and friendly. They really put the customer first. The breakfast was fantastic with all you could ask for, an the people working there all smiles. Mr Birol , the manager made sure we were good taken care of. The room was spotless and the ladies cleaning the room was so friendly. Thank you 🙏. As Arnold would have said: we will be back 👏
This hotel was a wonderful experience where to begin . The staff could not have been more helpful with a special mention to Birol the operations manager ,Marin on reception and Nikolina at breakfast who went above and beyond to make our trip special . The room was superb very spacious and the bed was so comfortable . Breakfast was amazing and it was out on a wonderful terrace every morning . The pool and beach club were fantastic and again the staff could not do enough for us. All in all we would definitely come back to this hotel without hesitation .
I have no idea how to start this review. But all I know we will missed this place. We never feel “homesick” in this paradise hotel. Especially the people around us in the hotel. Positive Attitude of the staff, friendly and the service is TOP. They are very energetic, attentive and you always see them smiling. Thank you everyone Birol, Paula, Anastasia (2x), Caren, Laura, the girls in the buffet station, Igor, Marjan, bojan, Antonio, chef’s, all the spa team, Marijo bellboy thank you for always taking care with us. reception desk and concierge desk. Beach club - we really enjoy spending our whole week with this beautiful beach club. The service is very fast, smooth and very friendly staff. Thank you for look after us Ivan, Ricci, Ivana, Maja, Kris, luka, Vlado, Kris (dj). Food is very delicious and worth it to gain the weight 😊. Maybe only thing I will suggest is to have additional choice of foods, finger food. But overall is very good and clean. About the rooms we allocate us in the beautiful sea view. But we suggest to have a better shower/ toilet room. Especially for the older people the shower room is not safe because you need to step in from the bath tub which is there is a change to get accidents because of the slippery and a lot of water comes to the floor. Housekeeping - not proper clean in public toilets and even to our room, sad to say it’s poor quality of the chemicals I think Because I can still smell the stink from the pee. I experience when we came in to the room I already smell it. Reception & Engineering - very good service and quick action. Thank you. Gym - THIS IS INCREDIBLE I really love this sport gym and yes this is my favorite spot. You exceed my expectation and your equipment is better than other luxury hotels. Clean and complete. We look forward to see you all in September. Again you make us very happy when we came in and thank you for giving us the exceptional service. What a fantastic memorable experience.…
The Radisson in Split is a beautiful place, staff is really welcoming and taking care of the guests making it a fantastic vacation. Hotel is very clean and food is delicious. The mistral beach club is the perfect place to relax or to party. Beautiful beach good food and drinks, that’s a rare combination
Great restaurant food (grill, salads, pizza). Breakfast are decent . Clean, Renovated rooms with beautiful view on the see. Everyone in the hotel are so kind, nice and helpful. Kids loved spending time in outdoor water pool each day.
A wonderful venue. Great views, terrific times at the beach, pleasant and comfortable time at the pool, and easy to visit Split. And easy to stay out of the crush in town when you want to. Breakfast is a must! The people were incredibly welcoming and attentive. A call out to Kateryna, the Guest Relations Manager who greeted us upon arrival, and assisted us to get exactly the right room. I do not hesitate to recommend this hotel.
Having been disappointed by two other hotels we arrived hot bothered and cross We were treated so kindly by the staff in reception and we were put unto 2 large bedded rooms with a balcony overlooking the sea. The soa was beautifully equipped with amazing showers and the therapists were really helpful with a selection of treatments. Wonderfully clean and good to be away from the hassle and bustle of Spmit Town.
