A terrific location near the main square and cathedral. Whimsical collections make the place interesting and unique. Typewriters, dolls, baby Jesus statues, fabrics, books and old pictures fill the walls and surfaces. Truly a must see. Beds are comfy, view of the town from the top is spectacular. Enjoyable!

You cannot beat the location of this hotel! Within walking distance of basically everything in Antigua! Louis, Ugo and the rest of the staff is amazing! Throughly enjoyed our stay here and the roof top also!

This is my 3rd stay at Posada San Sebastian in 15 years. It's a delightfully quirky hotel very close to the central park. It feels like walking into a museum, and like walking into the arms of family. Each room is unique and comfortable. If you're looking for a 5-star hotel, this may not be for you. But if you're...

We really enjoyed this unusual hotel near the center of Antigua. Filled with antiques (and junk). Our room was large and clean. The rooftop was a great place to enjoy the view of the surrounding area. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

i recently lead a group of 13 to Antigua and Panajachel. the tour company booked us into this hotel. it was very convenient - 2 blocks from Plaza Central w/ several restaurants and small cafes nearby. the interior of the hotel is like an antique store - all sorts of older chairs, telephones, furniture, typewriters here and there. rooms ranged...

We couldn't have asked for better support from the owner and management - help and advice was unerring. Our room was brilliant, with a large bed and desk. Lots of blankets for those cool nights. The entire hotel is eclectic quirky. Going up on the roofdeck for the view of the city and to watch the volcano smoking, was a...

Posada San Sebastian has the look and feel of a boutique hotel. It has lots of antiques and plenty other chachkes and a great location. Yet it is poorly maintained, and therefore half deserted. The internet in Guatemala on the whole is not that great, yet the upload/download speeds in my room were way below the Guatemalan minimum, less than...

Stayed for three nights in late July 2016. It is inside a beautiful town house, just one block from the main square at the heart of Antigua. Yet it feels tranquil as the guest rooms are separated from the main road by a sizeable passageway and a pretty courtyard. The room as well as all the common areas were quirkily...

We love this boutique hotel. It is not the Ritz, but if you like unique, you'll love it. Luis, makes the stay wonderful. Everything is different in each room as he has been collecting for a very long time. The hotel is centrally located for restaurants, the square, churches and tours. We have stayed here two times and will so...
