We stayed here over the Christmas 2015 holiday and it exceeded all of our expectations. The food is fantastic; great staff; spacious rooms. Can't wait to go back. The town of Antigua can get a bit hectic, but returning here is like your own personal oasis.

We were picked up in Antigua and driven to the finca after a tour of the town to pick up other visitors to Filadelfia. Bumpy but interesting! We booked in for the canopy tour zip line and were driven up HIGH on the hill/mountain in their Mercedes truck with our zip line guide. Even this was interesting as he talked...

We choose to do an early morning bird watching tour with this company. Our Guide arrived early as planned and drove us to this 900 acre property to view the wildlife and find the native birds. We had a wonderful morning. He served us coffee at a pavilion high up on the mountain. The views were great. At the end...

We joined the guided coffee tour. The tour started with coffee transplant, then harvest, and post process and finished with coffee tasting. very educational. After the tour, we ended up having lunch at their restaurant. The meal was good also.

Wow, one of a kind experience. Hands on. Our tour guide, Saulo, is the best!!! Walked us throughout the farm. Showed us how the coffee is planted, explained the whole process. Took us to the area were coffee is separated, dried, and packed. We even had a taste of the coffee. Extraordinary!!!

Beautiful hotel and great service!! I've stayed here twice and both were great experiences. The gardens are beautiful, the rooms the same, and the service is exquisite. A bit expensive but worth it!!!

Staying in Antigua I jumped onto one of their Unimog vehicles (old German looking war vehicle). There are two pick up spots in Antigua (see their website for details) and you just tell them what you want to do at Filadelfia and jump on. It was a fun start, so bumpy on the cobblestone roads of Antigua, but I see...

I want to give this resort a 4 or 5, but after spending the entire night up on my last night of my stay due to very loud, blaring music that lasted all night. I left for the airport at 4:30am and the music was still cranked up and blasting. There was no one available to complain to about the...

Problem with any cruise is the limited time to visit anywhere, and the best part of cruising is the sheer number of places like this establishment that one can visit throughout the world. Real Guatemala or tourist destination, I can always appreciate great hospitality and this place shows it throughout the property. The coffee tour by Diego was outstanding, excellent...
